For rent our "Sails' House" 110sqm fresh renovated in the exclusive le Farfalle di Coda Cavallo in San Teodoro, with direct access to Cala Suaraccia bay where you can rent boats to explore the Marine Reserve of Tavolara, and "Lastra Ruja" beach known as "Valle dell'Acqua" which, not having public access nor parking chances, has a very limited affluence also during the high season.

In the village you will find the Club House offering bar, tennis courts and swimming pool for free to our guests.

The house offers a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, elettric oven, gas stoves, fridge, tv, two double-bed rooms, one room with two single beds, two bathrooms for a total of 6 sleeping accomodations.
You will also enjoy a large and decked veranda with fireplace outside, private garden with a spectacular view on Tavolara and Molara islands as well with outdoor shower and garden table for six.

Through the village alleway you can access Cala Suaraccia beach (walking distance) you can rent chaise longs and sun umbrellas.
