My 50th Birthday was Ruined
The house is amazing!
The view was limited but awe inspiring.
However we were NOT met at the house by the concierge or site/property manager!
Our contact/concierge never showed up to walk the property or show us all the features of the home.
When someone showed up she apologized for the in convenience and reassured us that Andrea would be stopping by - that never happened.
The biggest birthday surprise came after our stay was over to a bill of almost 1000 due to damages, what damages after I already shelled out 25K - unbelievable. We never walked the property so I am not sure when the "damages" occurred if there were any at all -their was a full-time maid on staff and I am sure she would have alerted me as the primary guest if there were any damages.
I was extremely dishearten by this experience and what should have been a joyous and memorable birthday turned into such a heart-ache, a nightmare - shameful!

It is our top priority to ensure guests have the best positive experience, so prior to arrival, the concierge went above and beyond to set up your special birthday occasion. During your stay you had a wonderful time with no complaints. You were also welcomed with free welcome amenities... margaritas, quesadillas, snacks, and massages. It is unfortunate that when you departed, there were damages reported to the property. As a courtesy, we were able to lower the costs and help pay for the damages incurred. We are very sorry to hear that your experience after departure was not positive, but hope this would not be a negative reflection on our booking agency or the Villa since we worked very hard on your behalf.
