Uniquely located on the second and top floor of a modern waterfront building, the stylish Beachfront Sivella Apartment enjoys one of the most unique locations in Puerto Pollensa and is located in close proximity to a wide array of shops, bars, restaurant. Without forgetting the amazing sandy beach at your doorstep! With 2 bedrooms, large lounge, terrace, private parking and even an additional solarium on the rooftop, this apartment is set to impress!

Inside the apartment is modern, stylish and newly decorated to provide a further enhanced holiday experience. In addition, being located in a corner plot, allows the apartment to be full of natural light all day providing a great sense of space and freedom. There are 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, as well as a spacious lounge with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa. The family bathroom features a bathtub with shower over. For the comfort of our guests, the whole apartment is air-conditioned (at set times, between 8pm-8am and 2pm-4pm).

Big patio doors lead out to the front terrace, providing breathtaking views over the sandy beach, the promenade and the bay of Pollensa. A flight of steps lead up also to the rooftop terrace, a private area enjoying the most sensational views and a lot of additional space. For the comfort of our guests, even if a car is not necessary at this property, private parking (gated) is available on the premises free of charge.

Very well located holiday appartment that needs some refreshing
Location Needs global refreshing Kitchen cupboards, repaint walls, living room small table broken, tv furniture needs replacement, outdoor chairs need replacement, new drying racks, door lock offer no security anymore (loose bolts)

Great location, amazing views
The apartment is well located front-line to the beach and bay, with some good bars and restaurants very close by and a gentle 15 minute stroll to the marina, main promenade and Pine Walk. Featuring both a decent size balcony as well as a private rooftop solarium, the outside space is great for sunbathing and relaxing, whilst internally the apartment is well maintained with a comfy, relaxing living area, well-stocked kitchen with all necessary appliances, 2 bedrooms with ample wardrobe/storage space and a bathroom. As well as private parking.

Un agréable logement avec sa vue dont on ne se lasse pas
Logement conforme à l’annonce. Très bien équipée, spacieux pour 4, vraiment face à la mer. Le roof est également agréable et la place de parking privée un grand plus. Tout était parfait pour un séjour d’une semaine en avril.
