NARCISSOS VILLA DORIA stands in a large, private plot with off-street parking and is located in the quiet Cavo Greco area of Protaras, between the two most popular tourist resorts in Cyprus; cosmopolitan AYIA NAPA and relaxing PROTARAS. The renowned KONNOS Beach is only 1 kilometer away and FIG TREE BAY is 2 kilometers away. Narcissos Villa Doria is in the same four-building complex as Narcissos Villa 2 and Narcissos Villa 3, which makes it convenient for 3 or 4 families to enjoy their holidays next to each other.
Only three hundred meters from the nearest beach, this elegant, well maintained two-bedroom villa is fully air-conditioned and offers accommodation with a private swimming pool, sun beds, and umbrellas. The bright and modern open-plan kitchen, living and dining areas open out onto the swimming pool terrace, next to a pergola shade with outdoor dining furniture. There is a fully equipped barbecue next to the pool and the pergola shade.
On the ground floor, the fully-equipped kitchen includes a dish washer, washing machine, cooker, coffee maker, toaster, shaker, kettle and a microwave oven. A smart Android flat-screen TV, free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, hair dryer, safety deposit box and ironing equipment.
On the first floor, the two bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Also there is a large bathroom with walk in shower (fully renovated January 2025).
The villa is ideally located on the main bus route close to the popular resort of Protaras and the tranquil Cavo Greco area and provides everything anyone needs for a carefree holiday in the sun!
Useful and important information: Check in is after 3pm and check out before 10:30am. Please note that one-time FREE cleaning service and change of bed linen are provided for a minimum of 10 nights stay. In the accommodation price includes free electricity usage of 30 kWh per day, sufficient for normal daily use. For our younger guests under 25 years of age, a damage (security) deposit of EUR 300 is required and will be collected upon arrival. Please also note that we do not accept reservations for hen, stag or similar parties. Quiet hours 23:00 - 9:00 hours

Relaxed and easy holiday

From start to finish this was a very well managed and easy holiday. The owner, pool guy and cleaning staff all very pleasant and don't invade your space. Villa has everything you need and is well situated for beach. A car is needed though just so that you can enjoy your experience more.

Relaxing stay in a nice well equipped villa

Excellent stay in Narcissos Villa, the villa is really great , well equipped, modern style, really enjoyable. bed is very confortable. secured parking for the car in the villa itslef. Arriving through late flight , we have particularly appreciated the fruit juice and water available in the fridge upon arrival.We have also really enjoyed the swimming pool and the barbecue during our stay. Andreas was really reactive to any of our questions.
