About this property

Within the nature park - near the sea - with a fantastic view

Our estate is located in the heart of the Monte San Bartolo nature park, a green and hilly area in the north of Marche, at an altitude of 170 meters and just a short distance from two beautiful beaches.
The country house consists of three apartments and is set within a private three-hectare park with woodland, where peace, space and nature take center stage. Here you can fully unwind and enjoy the rhythm of outdoor living.
Within the park you will find a spacious infinity pool with natural salt hydrolysis purification (chlorine-free) and a stunning panoramic view of the castle of Gradara. The pool area is fully fenced and surrounded by a garden filled with herbs and flowers. Scattered throughout the grounds are charming spots where you can relax with a book or enjoy a glass of wine together, while children have plenty of space to play on the large lawns.
The apartments are just a few minutes away from the medieval villages of Fiorenzuola di Focara, Casteldimezzo and Gradara. Here you will find bars, shops and restaurants where you can enjoy delicious local cuisine. The surrounding area is also perfect for beautiful walks and cycling tours.
Case San Bartolo is the ideal destination for travelers and families looking for a peaceful and relaxing environment by the coast, immersed in nature, to discover the beauty of the Marche region.

Fantastisch

Een heerlijk ruime woning en opvallend schoon. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren die altijd voor je klaarstaan. Fijne ligging vlakbij de stranden maar ook boodschappen doen in de buurt. We komen graag nog eens terug.

Heerlijk verblijf met mooi uitzicht en lekker zwembad. Gezellige eigenaren gaven prima tips en groente uit eigen tuin! Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Wonderful vacation & picturesque views

We enjoyed every day from our two weeks family vacation. This villa is located in national park with a lot of trees and beautiful hills. I loved to wake up in the early morning and did running on amazing hills. After overcrowded and noisy cities it was a great pleasure to meet only bicyclists in the morning :))). We've been with our three year old daughter and her favorite place was very nice and clean pool. Owners are very nice & open people who always ready to help and give valuable advice. Restaurants, local food market and shopping tips were exactly what we needed :). All the best to Henk and Simonetta. We definitely come back to this place.

A beautiful and peaceful gem

When we saw the pictures in the internet it already looked very promising. But the reality was so much more. Case San Bartolo is the most peaceful place to enjoy the beauty of the park. The view is amazing. Every time we came back to the house after beach time or sight seeing I was stunned by the beautiful view. We had the apartment "le Viole". We are two parents and two children 9 and 11. The rooms are very neat and nicely decorated. Nice bathrooms (two). We really enjoyed the stay. The pool is perfectly located to have again the beautiful view. A perfect place to recharge your energy. And on top of the list there was Simonetta who has been such a wonderful and charming host. She gave us great tipps where to go to and spoiled us with fresh home grown vegetables.

Fantastic accommod embedded in wonderful landscape

We spent a fantastic and extremely relaxing week with our three kids at Monte San Bartolo. The apartment was very nice, modern and well equipped. The landscape was stunning. We enjoyed the awesome pool every day and never had the desire to go to the beach. We also met the landlords on our last day who were very nice and kind. It really was a wonderful trip which definetely is worth being repeated.

2 splendide settimane

La scorsa estate abbiamo passato 2 splendide settimane ospiti di Simonetta. Le case sono ottimamente rifinite e curate. Tutto corrisponde a quanto presente nell'annuncio. Credo anzi che le foto non rendano giustizia alla bellezza del luogo. la piscina è la ciliegina sulla torta e, visto che ci sono solo 3 case, spesso ad uso esclusivo. Simonetta è un host amichevole, disponibile e sempre pronta a dare consigli. Non credo si possa chiedere di più. Consigliatissimo

Volop genieten in natuurpark San Bartolo

Wij, een gezin met twee jongens hebben meer dan genoten van de uitstekende en verzorgde accomodatie. Een heel royaal en bijzonder mooi zwembad wat door Henk uitstekend wordt onderhouden. De woning is heel kompleet en mooi afgewerkt. Het geheel , terrein, zwembad en woning zijn goed onderhouden, heel erg netjes en schoon. De vriendelijke eigenaren Simonetta en Henk voorzien ons van goede adressen waar wij genieten van de echte Italiaanse sfeer en heerlijke gerechten. Wij hebben volop genoten en komen zeker een keer terug.

Heerlijk!

Prachtige ligging, mooi zwembad, gastvrij, schoon, moderne inrichting! Wij waren hier met onze kinderen in leeftijd van 7 en 10 jaar en zij hebben een heerlijke week gehad samen met de kinderen van de andere gasten. Genoeg ruimte om te voetballen! Supermarkt met auto te bereiken en een paar kleine restaurantjes in de buurt (evt te voet bereikbaar). Als tip zou ik wel slippers aanbevelen rondom zwembad vanwege kans op splinters. Ook een bbq per huisje zou deze vakantie nog perfecter maken! Absolute aanrader!
