This beautiful stone farmhouse, carefully renovated with great attention to detail, is set amidst the green rolling hills on the border between Le Marche and Romagna. Located at the foot of the Monte San Bartolo Natural Park and just a few minutes from the sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast, it offers the peace and quiet of the countryside, while being less than 10 minutes from both Pesaro and Cattolica. The apartment, measuring over 140 square meters, occupies about half of the farmhouse and has its own private entrance on the raised ground floor. The interior spaces are spacious and tastefully furnished: a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with fireplace provide a cozy and elegant atmosphere. The property includes two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a laundry room, and an additional room where a single bed can be added upon request. Outside, a private garden with table and chairs is perfect for al fresco dining, relaxing moments, or reading a good book, all while enjoying the stunning views of the surrounding hills. Guests also have access to a lovely orchard, where they can pick and enjoy seasonal fruit.

This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
