The partially fenced property extends over a large garden with olive and fruit trees, where you’ll find a beautiful saltwater pool with Roman-style steps — perfect for cooling off on warm summer days. A furnished porch invites you to enjoy lunches and dinners outdoors, with a barbecue ready for delicious grilled meals and a fire pit that sets the mood for evenings spent chatting under the starry sky. For moments of fun with family or friends, there’s also a table tennis available. The villa is an excellent starting point for exploring the area: from the beaches of Pesaro to the wild coastline of Fiorenzuola di Focara, with stops at the many local fish restaurants and on to historic villages such as Gradara, the art city of Urbino and the Republic of San Marino. In every season, Villa Selene captures the authentic atmosphere and colors of Le Marche countryside, just a short distance from the sea. Air conditioning is available on the first floor. The property allows a maximum of one pet.

The villa is on two levels. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with stairs leading to the first floor, a bathroom with shower, laundry area, a well-equipped kitchen with fireplace and direct access to the garden and a spacious living room with fireplace, double sofa bed and access to the sea-view porch. This floor also includes a double bedroom and a single bedroom (convertible into a double bed upon request) with direct access to the back garden. On the first floor, there is a twin bedroom, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub and shower wall.
