Nice house located 3km from the center and beaches.
On the ground floor: fitted kitchen, high chair, living room, lounge, veranda, WC, small gym.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms: 2 beds 140, and 1 bed 180, 1 cot (sheets and towels are provided) 1 bathroom (large shower) and toilet.

4 adult mixed bicycles available.

Closed ground of 400m ² being able to accomodate 2 vehicles. The shops (restaurants, cinema, bowling, bakery, supermarket, fishmonger, etc ...) are 2 minutes walk
At 2 minutes, a greenway will lead you safely to the beaches and the center (closed city) .The house is ideally located to enjoy the quiet, beach and activities of Concarneau.
The rental price is for 4 people. You will be asked 100 euros extra per additional person (max 6 people).

Découverte du finistère sud

Magnifique maison pour découvrir le Finistère sud (Concarneau, Bénodet, Loctudy, Locronan, etc...). La maison est très bien équipée, et très fonctionnelle, très bien placée pour les visites et le propriétaire est très accueillant.

Une semaine à Concarneau

Très joli logement, vraiment confortable et fonctionnel. On s'y sent très vite comme chez soi. Propriétaires très accueillants. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Nous recommandons cette maison et comptons y revenir.

Séjour magnifique

Superbe maison, très confortable, toute équipée aussi bien intérieur que extérieur. Nous y sommes allez en été mais le logement peut être très agréable en hiver également car très spacieux. Et surtout un couple de propriétaire très sympathique.
