Studio of 40 m2 with a terrace of 8 m2 with a breathtaking sea view.
The studio has been completely renovated in February 2015, paintings, parquet flooring, kitchen equipped with new appliances.
A large bright sunny main room located south tastefully decorated, large windows opening onto the terrace (table and chairs), where you can enjoy a view that is fun, especially lunch, dinner, or just lounging.
The furniture is new (bed 2 people) armchairs, tables and chairs, as well as the household appliances (washing machine, TV, DVD, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, ceramic hob).
In the entrance you will find 2 cupboards, in the bathroom a closet also.

The new Thalassotherapy Concarneau opened in April 2015: care, massage, and others.
Possibility to rent by the night (3 nights minimum) off high and medium season: 60 euros per night for 2 people

Nice area in not nice weather

It's a shame that the entire development as a whole and the studio in particular are somewhat neglected. The balcony, the exterior walls and the bathroom have seen better days. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed comfortable, but all the bed linen and towels smelled a bit musty. In the rain (which we had in all variations) the balcony - as a second room - is not usable.

La vue est extraordinaire et ouvrir les volets le matin est un ravissement.L'appartement est très bien équipé,très confortable et le couchage est excellent.La décoration est très agréable,la position à deux pas du centre et de la plage est idéale et la place de parking couvert sous l'immeuble (le Lancelot)permet un stationnement assuré,ce qui est indispensable à Concarneau.La connexion internet est excellente. Merci à Ingrid et Stéphanie pour leur amabilité lors de l'accueil et du départ et à Mr Lieusame pour les réponses à mes questions. Et bien sûr,la région est magnifique

Traumhafte Aussicht aus dem 7. Stock. Sehr schönes, modern eingerichtetes Appartment mit grossem Balkon. Garagenplatz in der Tiefgarage inbegriffen. Direkt an der Strandpromenade gelegen, zu Fuss nur wenige Minuten ins Zentrum von Concarneau. Speziell erwähnen möchten wir die herzliche Betreuung - merci beaucoup, Stéphanie! - und die angenehmen Mailkontakte mit dem Vermieter. Kurz: es hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen, und wir würden wieder dieses Appartement mieten!

Très beau sejour au réveil on ouvre les volets et le spectacle est merveilleux la mer sur plusieurs

Arrivez à Concarneau ns avons récupérer les clefs de l’appart et une fois la porte est ouverte c’est une vue splendide qui s’offre à vous l’appart est très bien agencé avec tout le nécessaire pour faire café et à souper ns sommes allés visiter Concarneau après sommes aller à Loctudy ns y avons passez la journée et plus ns sommes allez à Camaret que ns avons visités peintres, plage,resto et ns sommes restés sur Concarneau ns reposer avec en plus le temps magnifique que ns avons eu penutout le séjour ns avons été comblés à renouveler dès que possible

Bon séjour en fin de saison estivale

Très bon séjour dans une résidence parfaitement bien située. Le parking inclus est très appréciable pour ce logement bien aménagé, lumineux et agréable à vivre. Quelques petites améliorations pourraient toutefois être apportées au niveau de la vaisselle un peu disparate, et des ustanciles de cuisine un peu succincts. La baie vitrée vieillissante ne devrait bientôt plus qu'être un mauvais souvenir puisqu'une phase de rénovation globale est programmée pour l'automne. Sinon pour le reste tout est super bien. Un logement à recommander.
