Studio très propre et fonctionnel avec une terrasse confortable et un parking sécurisé au sous-sol. Accueil sympathique par Olivier le propriétaire. Belle vue sur la mer avec la plage à moins de cent mètres et le centre ville de Concarneau à 7 mn à pied.Rien à redire, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir...

Appartement propre et bien situé, proche de la mer, du centre et de la ville close à pied.Place de parking au sous sol bien apprécié.Très bonne literie. Une belle terrasse pour profiter de la vue.Bon contact avec le propriétaire qui nous a donné plein d'idées de visites et de bons restaurants. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour dans l'appartement.

L’appartement est encore mieux que sur les photos! Tout est de qualité, la terrasse est grande, l’appartement est très propre, très bien équipé et la communication avec le propriétaire est excellente. La situation est parfaite, la plage est à 50m et le centre ville à moins de 10 minutes à pied. La voiture n’a pas quitté le garage. Je recommande fortement cette location, aucune ombre au tableau.

Idéalement placé entre plage et centre ville , ce studio est très bien équipé et joliment aménagé. La terrasse est spacieuse et permet de déjeuner dehors.La nature environnante offre de belles possibilités de randonnée. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants . De superbes vacances !

Schön eingerichtete Wohnung

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und super sauber. Der Balkon bietet viel Platz. Toll war auch der Tiefgaragenstellplatz Olivier spricht hervorragend deutsch. Er hat sich für die Wohnungsübergabe viel Zeit genommen und hat alles genau gezeigt und erklärt. Er war jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar. Schade ist nur, dass die Wohnung kein WLAN hat.

Olivier nous a très bien accueillis, sa ponctualité, sa disponibilité et ses bons conseils sont appréciables. Le studio est propre et bien équipé avec goût. Le garage est un plus. Nous avons découvert cette belle région pleine de caractère. Adresse à retenir.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Olivier hat uns von der (sehr verspäteten) Ankunft an top unterstützt, supernetter Gastgeber, der zu unserer Freude auch noch ausgezeichnet Deutsch spricht! Die Wohnung ist reizend, in absoluter Toplage - es ist wirklich ALLES da, was man während des Urlaubs brauchen könnte! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage ist super. Olivier ist sehr sympathisch und unkompliziert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist Klasse, Seesicht vom Balkon, die Ville Close, Geschäfte und Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub.

Excellent logement sur Concarneau

Le logement est parfait pour 2 personnes avec sa magnifique terrasse vue mer, très propre et bien équipé. Parfaitement situé, possibilité d’accéder en quelques minutes à pieds au centre-ville ou aux plages. Olivier est très sympathique et nous a apporté de bons conseils! Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.
