The fine sandy beaches are around 2km away.
This house offers you a very neat interior composed on the ground floor of an equipped kitchen, a living-room opening onto a tiled terrace with garden furniture enjoying a view of the wood, wc.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms: bedroom1: 1 bed of 140, bedroom 2: 2 beds of 90, bedroom 3: 1 bed of 140, all with new bedding, duvet in each bedroom, rental of household linen on request (see price list in Equipment), a bathroom and 1 separate toilet.

A super stay!

Great location, really friendly reception, and the perfect place for our short holiday. Comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. We didn't have enough time to visit everything we wanted to do locally, and shall be pleased to return if we can.

Highly recommended!

A top class accommodation, spotlessly clean and spacious with everything provided for a perfect stay. Very handy garage for storage and a nice garden for relaxation if required. Location is as advertised, a quiet residential area about a 20 minute walk from the town centre. Annick and Georges are lovely hosts and made us feel extremely welcome. Would not hesitate to stay here again if returning to Concarneau.

Fabulous family holiday - keen to return

We have just returned from a fabulous family holiday at this property. The owners Annick and George gave us a tremendous introduction to their lovely house, as well as providing great ideas for the trips and visits around the locality. The house is wonderfully presented, with all the facilities you would want for a family, and all in excellent condition. We made good use of the garden and terrace, and the property is very secure for our young children as well. The walk into town through the woods takes no time at all, and we really loved the old walled town in Concarneau and enjoyed the many markets that were on during our stay. We took advantage of the smaller but quieter beaches just ten minutes drive south. Our favourite was the artistic village of Pont Aven. We only got to try a handful of the great restaurants in the area, really loved it and have told Annick and George we'd love to return to enjoy their property and explore more of the local area. Our thanks to them both.

Für uns das schönste und bestens ausgestattete Ferienhaus. Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich wir haben viele Informationen und sogar ein Begrüßungsgeschenk erhalten. Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind in einem Top Zustand und entsprechen der Beschreibung. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Das Geschirr ist sehr umfangreich und alles passt zusammen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind hochwertig und farblich passend abgestimmt. Ein großzügiger Holzvorrat für den Kamin - zusätzlich zu der normalen Heizung - war ebenfalls vorhanden (waren im Oktober da). Der Garten ist gepflegt. Das gesamte Objekt ist geschmackvoll abgestimmt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Ein angenehmes Wohngebiet. Im Umfeld ist von Restaurants über Lebensmittel und diverse Geschäfte alles schnell zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Da wir kaum französisch sprechen, haben wir uns gut über den Google Übersetzer verständigen können. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Komfortables, gut ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Sackgasse direkt am Wald. Unbequeme Treppe zum Obergeschoss mit den Schlafräumen. Bäckerei 15min zu Fuß durch den Wald. Supermarkt 25min zu Fuß durch den Wald. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich.

Ein hervorragend ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage - und ich glaube, es ist die sauberste Unterkunft, die ich jemals gebucht habe. Sehr freundliche Vermieter! Concarneau erreicht man über einen Waldweg in 20 Minuten zu Fuß, bis zum Bäcker ist es mit dem Auto auch nicht weit.

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr ruhig in einem Wohngebiet gelegen und sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es ist super ausgestattet und hat einen eigenen Garten. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Man erreicht in ca. 15 Min zu Fuß die sehenswerte Altstadt. Ausflugsziele wie Pont-Aven, Locronan oder Pointe du Raz sind sehr gut mit dem Auto vom Haus aus zu erreichen. Wir hatten als Familie eine wunderschöne Woche dort!

Excellent séjour

On se sent tout de suite chez soi dans cette maison très confortable et très bien équipée, rien ne manque. Tout est quasiment neuf et très propre. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, avec panier de bienvenue et feu dans la cheminée. La maison est au calme mais proche de la ville à pied par le chemin à travers bois juste derrière le beau jardin. Le Finistère sud est une superbe région avec de nombreux centres d'intérêt, même en saison de tempête automnale. Idéal pour un séjour en famille.

Das Haus und der schöne Garten waren sehr gepflegt. Den netten Gastgebern war sichtbar daran gelegen, dass wir uns wohl fühlen und einen unbeschwerten Urlaub haben. Wir bekamen von ihnen viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, für Anliegen unsererseits hatten sie ein offenes Ohr. Wir haben es geschätzt das Zentrum von Concarneau zu Fuß erreichen zu können.

Un hébergement au top!

Merci à mme & m Kervéant pour leur accueil dans leur chaleureuse maison. Nous y avons passé une formidable semaine en famille avec les enfants. La décoration est très jolie, la maison bien équipée et le canapé très moelleux et confortable. Madame Kervéant a eu l'excellente idée de mettre des jeux à disposition pour les enfants (avec un vaste choix et pour tous les âges). Ils ont été ravis d'avoir un coin pour eux dans le salon. La maison est vraiment conviviale et idéalement située pour découvrir toutes les beautés du Finistère. Le jardin est magnifiquement entretenu (et ce n'est pas facile sur un terrain en pente), et la terrasse très agréable. Que dire de plus sinon que je recommande chaudement cette location... :-)
