Joli appartement bien situé

Nous avons louĂ© ce logement pour un long week-end, il est trĂšs bien situĂ© dans la ville de Concarneau et avec la mer Ă  nos pieds. À l'intĂ©rieur tout le confort y est, c'est propre et bien entretenu. La place de parking en souterrain est trĂšs pratique. Quand le beau temps est au rendez-vous, alors c'est parfait ! Nous recommandons sans hĂ©siter !

Vacances merveilleuses, apparemment avec superbe vue, proche de tous les commerces du centre et de la ville close le tout en moin de 10mn . Heureusement le propriétaire nous a laissé une place sur le parking extérieur, car le parking en sous-sol est impossible tellement les places sont étroite. Et un grand merci à Stéphanie qui nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et nous a donné des informations afin que l'on puisse profiter un maximum de nos vacances, donc merciiiii beaucoup nos vacances resteront inoubliable .

Perfekte Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Check-in und out waren problemlos, die Ausstattung nicht ĂŒppig, aber ausreichend, allenfalls ein Sonnenschirm fĂŒr den Balkon hĂ€tte nicht geschadet. Tiefgarage und Parkbuchten sind, dem Baujahr der Anlage geschuldet, sehr eng, fĂŒr unseren Kleinwagen unproblematisch, mit SUV oder Van vermutlich nicht nutzbar (auch wegen der geringen Durchfahrthöhe), das sollte man beachten. Die Straße zwischen Strand und Balkon ist belebt und wird befahren, auch mal von lauten Moppeds, uns hat das nicht gestört und ist bei der NĂ€he zum Ortskern zu akzeptieren. Wer absolute Ruhe sucht sollte besser weiter ausserhalb buchen. Restaurants, Bars, Creperieen etc. sind teilweise in weniger als 3 Minuten fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar, Ortskern und Ville Close in höchstens 10 Minuten. FĂŒr uns hat alles sehr gut gepasst und wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen und erholsamen Urlaub. Ich kann die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Petit studio potable mais dans un endroit trĂšs peu entretenu et pas du tout agreable

Le petit studio est passable mais loin d’avoir Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©. Il reste mĂȘme les collants pour peinture sur les tuyaux
 Le balcon est dans un Ă©tat dĂ©plorable et ne donne pas du tout l’envie de s’y attarder La location Ă©tait partiellement propre mais il ne fallait pas regarder dans les coins. La salle de bains est vieillotte et il y a des taches de moisissures La literie n’est pas confortable et il manque assez bien d’ustensiles de cuisine Le bĂątiment est vieux,pas entretenu et extĂ©rieurement sale et laid

Die Aussicht war sehr schön, die Container fĂŒr die Renovierung haben etwas gestört. Die Lage der Wohnung zur Stadt ist ausgezeichnet. Die Wohnung war insgesamt nicht sehr sauber, aber fĂŒr uns beide ideal und sie ist komplett ausgestattet.Wir wĂŒrden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.
