About this property

Les gites de la guinguette: 2-4 person gite with swimming pool near Vallon Pt d'Arc.

An old barn completely renovated, separated in two to offer 2 cottages on the site.
Each cottage has its entrance by the garden, its path to access its terrace, so each cottage is independent with its garden.
The pool area is in another walled garden, well separated from the cottages.
A shaded terrace in front of each cottage and parking for cars.
We are Barjac pocket, quoted Renaissance famous for its fairs at the Brocante at Easter and August 15,
his song festival "Barjac M'en Chante
its potters market at the end of July
his fair at Bio
its many restaurants and shops.

The Gorges de l'Ardèche at 20 minutes, Vallon Pont d'Arc and the famous Cave of the Pont d'Arc,
Uzes, Roach Gorge and Pont du Gard 30mn
Nimes or Avignon at 1am.

You can also rent the 2 cottages for a family meeting.

Superbe séjour grâce à une météo agréable. Logement fonctionnel. Nous sommes arrivés et avons trouvé les clés sur la table...nous aurions apprécié un accueil même lendemain. Mais tout s'est bien passé.

Wunderbar!

Helene hat hier ein wunderschönes Kleinod geschaffen. Nicht nur, dass das Haus sowie der Garten mit dem Pool äußerst (!!) sauber und gepflegt sind, auch die geschmackvolle Einrichtung (keine billigen Möbel) ist schlicht und läd zum Wohlfühlen ein. Wir bewohnten die linke Haushälfte, welche ab dem Mittag im Sommer bis zum Sonnenuntergang in der Sonne steht. Wir konnten uns ganz einfach mit unseren Handtüchern mehr Schatten verschaffen, ansonsten hat uns die mit Wein bewachsene Pergola wunderbar einige schöne Stunden auf der Terrasse verschafft. Nächstes Mal (im Sommer!) würden wir allerdings versuchen die rechte Haushälfte zu mieten, welche ab dem Mittag mehr Schatten verhofft. Der hübsche Garten mit dem Kristallpool liegt auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Sträßchens. Einzig hätte ich mir am Schlafzimmerfenster und an der Eingangstür auch ein Moskitonetz gewünscht. Alle anderen Fenster haben ein Netz davor. Die Küche entschält alles was man braucht. Das Haus liegt strategisch für sämtliche Ausflüge in der Umgebung günstig. Es gibt sehr viel zu entdecken. Zu Fuß erreicht man den kleinen Lebensmittel Laden von Babette, sowie eine kleine Bar mit Tischkicker und eine Pizzeria. Eigentlich schreibe ich keine Bewertungen....auch hier würde ich lieber nichts schreiben....weil ich vermute, dass dieses schöne Häuschen nun möglicherweise öfters ausgebucht sein wird.....aber es war so schön hier und Helene eine zurückhaltende und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, dass ich ihr den Erfolg sehr wünsche. Ich hoffe wir kommen bald wieder.

Un petit paradis de calme et d’authenticité. On se sent tout de suite bien dans cette maison.

Un we de tranquillité et de calme. Hélène est une honte chaleureuse et accueillante. Il y a tout le confort nécessaire dans la maison et la piscine est très appréciable.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille. Le gîte est très bien équipé, nous n’avons manqué de rien, il y a même un barbecue non mentionné dans l’annonce ce qui nous a agréablement surpris. Une magnifique piscine en pierre est juste en face, au calme et en pleine nature. Je recommande si vous voulez vous ressourcer Merci à l’hôte pour son accueil et disponibilité.
