Nano apartment is located in the upper area of Tarifa, in a quiet urbanization with garden areas, a garage and a seasonal pool. It is a 5-minute walk from the Puerta de Jerez (historical center). It has 2 bedrooms and 2 terraces with stunning views of the sea and the countryside. Capacity for 4 people.
Accommodation of 60 m² + 26m2 of terraces.
The apartment has a terrace next to the living room with views of the sea and the Alcornocales natural park, 2 bedrooms with views of the countryside and the Tarifa rock, a bathroom with a large shower and an equipped kitchen.
On the upper floor, there is a small room with access to the 20m2 terrace/solarium, conditioned to enjoy almost 360º views of the sea and the natural park.
You have everything at your disposal to make your stay pleasant: 40" flat-screen TV with USB player and HDMI connection, internet (Wi-Fi), hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, bed linen and towels, blankets... r The open-plan kitchen has hotplates Ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
We are pet friendly.
It has an underground parking space in the building, air conditioning and heat pump for heating during winter and Wi-Fi.
The urbanization is surrounded by gardens and trees and you can enjoy its community pool during its opening period (June 15 to September 15)
