Should not have been booked
We were told the property was unavailable for booking. It was booked anyway. So, we ended up with 2 lodgings in Ghent, and no partial refund this property owner. Charged for cleaning, etc, even tho we were not there.
Tried numerous times messaging manager, with no response.
