Stunning views from large balcony and modern beautiful contemporary apartment

Centre Point is a 1st floor apartment in a superb location just a 2 min walk from the award winning golden sand beach and village of Woolacombe. It enjoys fabulous panoramic, elevated, uninterrupted ocean views from the master bedroom, living room and out onto the 30ft long balcony, where there are sun loungers and a dining table and chairs to enjoy Al fresco dining at its very best.
It is accessed through it's own front door adjacent to a private parking space.

The space

The apartment has been refurbished to a high standard and has a bright, airy and contemporary feel. It has an open plan kitchen, living, dining area with stunning sea views. The kitchen is well equipped with conduction hob, oven, large fridge freezer dishwasher and microwave. The living room has a new comfortable couch, armchair and a 50inch smart TV
There are 2 separate bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and enjoys fantastic views across the bay and coastline directly from your pillow. The southerly facing balcony can be accessed directly through french doors.
It has a large ensuite bathroom which includes a sunken bath, separate large walk in shower cubicle with raindrop head shower.
Bedroom 2 is a twin room with ensuite shower.
There is a very useful and highly practical utility room which has a washing machine and separate tumble dryer. It also has a WC handbasin and shower tray with low level shower hose designed for cleaning off wetsuits and beach equipment. There is a rail above the shower tray to hang wetsuits.
The village is a 2 min walk and the beach is a 4 min walk away either via a path through the common area of the building or quiet residential roads.

Great view and location

With excellent facilities, the apartment was a great base to stay in Woolacombe. Just a short walk, and being up the hill behind the beach it has excellent views. Recommended and hopefully we will stay again.

Amazing views of Woolacombe Bay from Terrace

This property has amazing views over Woolacombe bay from the Terrace. Location is good with only 5 minute walk to the shops, restaurants and beach. Easy access to the South West Coast Path for great walks.

Perfect, modern and clean apartment overlooking beach. Everything was clean and tidy, the location was less than 5 minutes to all the shops and beach. Perfect location for a week away with the family and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time. 5/5 for a top host!

Fantastic property & location

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Woolacombe in this beautiful property. The view from the balcony was amazing as was waking up to it every dab. We had everything we needed and the short walk to the beach was very handy with two small children. Communication with the host was easy and I would highly recommend Centre Point to others.

Great property, as described. Had a good size little tikes travel cot with a thick mattress, and a high chair which was great for our 2yo. Location is fantastic, the stairs down is better than walking down the road to the beach. Cleanliness was great and fully stocked with the right utensils for the stay. Great timely communication from host as well. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the property. Beautifully located and wonderfully equipped- this was a great three day break with our kids at the seaside. The only thing missing was the sun!! We would definitely recommend this place and will look to come again. Alastair

Good location

Lovely view from the terrace. Convenient for village and coastal walks. Strange there was no vacuum cleaner or even broom for the floor!

Great location overlooking the town and the beach, 5 mins to the beach (though it is a steep walk home!). Well equipped apartment, perfect size for four of us, bathrooms very nicely done. Utility room with wetsuit shower is a real bonus, contains all that beach mess near the front door! Would very happily stay here again.

Lovely flat, close to the sandy Woolacombe beach and shops and bars. Fantastic views from the large balcony which sits in the sun all day. The flat was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Parking was just outside the flat. I would definitely recommend and rebook. Thank you 😊

Wowzer! What a find!

We had a wonderful time in this fantastic apartment. So well equipped and the view from the balcony is amazing. No rain for all of our week in October. This enabled us to have breakfast on the wonderful balcony in the morning and then enjoy a g & t while watching the sunset in the evening. Fell in love with this apartment immediately when we saw it. Balcony AND views from master bedroom are stunning. Apartment is bright and fresh with modern contemporary feel. It far surpassed the other new build developments we viewed close by which are lower and dont have the same unrestricted views
