Luxurious, newly refurbished, 3 double bedroom house. Set behind the dunes with stunning views of the surrounding hillsides in a perfect location for walking access to the famous surfing beach of Croyde Bay and village centre with it's shops and Pubs.
Classical with a modern twist Sandy Beau retains it's local coastal character with use of natural materials while enjoying all the luxuries offered by a complete redesign and high spec refurbishment.

**All 3 Bedrooms can be set up as 2 single beds OR 1 Super King size bed in each**
Inside Sandy Beau:
A vaulted hallway welcomes guests into a wide, light and airy space which leads to the 2 ground floor bedrooms, the ground floor wet-room bathroom and also the large open plan living area.
Underfloor heating throughout ensures year round comfort and warmth after a day of exploring the beaches and surrounding areas of outstanding natural beauty.
The 2 ground floor bedrooms are light, spacious and beautifully furnished.
Beds in each room can be made up as 2 singles or as 1 Super King size.
Each bedroom has a wall mounted HDTV that is internet enabled for Netflix etc as well as Freeview.
The groundfloor Wet-room style bathroom is finished to a high spec with exquisite lighting of the limestone floor and spacious walk in shower - suitable for wheelchair access.
Also the bathroom features a large heated LED lit mirror and heated towel rail.
Stairs lead from the vaulted hallway to the upstairs bedroom and en-suite bathroom.
This bedroom can also be made up as 2 single beds or a super king.
It is a wonderfully light and comfortable room, again finished to high spec with multiple rooflight windows complete with internal blinds to give privacy and comfort after dark. The en-suite bathroom is subtly lit and beautifully finished with a slipper bath, toilet, hand basin, LED heated mirror and heated towel rail.
The open plan living area has relaxed seating for six with Sofa's and footstools.
A wall mounted 49 inch smart HDTV with Sonos playbar speaker is internet enabled to allow guests to login to Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.
With use of the Sonos app the playbar can also be used to stream music from services like Spotify etc.
The front alcove of the main living area has a dedicated work space with natural daylight and desk. The space has easy access to 'hard wire' via Ethernet cable to BT Infinity wireless internet router if required. Perfect for guests wishing to 'work from home'.
A glass fronted log burner is also a feature in the living space for relaxing in the warmth of a real fire on those cold winter days.
The dining table is an oak farmhouse style and has seating for up to 8. It features hanging pendant lights that create a cozy and sumptuous atmosphere with multiple board games stored in cupboards within arms reach.
The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with beautiful natural slate worktops. It contains a large 'American Style fridge freezer with internal filtered water dispenser, Ice machine and Wine cooler. Also features an integrated dishwasher, electric cooker, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Behind the kitchen is an enclosed Utility room with vaulted ceiling containing a washing machine, large heated towel rail to dry wet clothes, wetsuits, swimming costumes & towels. A clothes airer also available for outside drying of wet items.
The utility room has separate access to the rear of the house where the heated outdoor shower is located for a truly luxurious way to freshen up straight off the beach!
The vaulted utility room allows for safe and secure storage of surf boards, bikes, golf clubs & beach gear.
Bi-fold doors with a flush level floor (perfect for wheelchair access) lead from the kitchen to the large rear limestone patio area for a modern inside-outside feel.
Rear Garden:
Guests have use of a new Weber Master-touch Barbecue with full array of utensils.
There are also 2 sun-beds with cushions, a Patio table and multiple chairs to relax into as the garden captures the sun from sunrise to late evening.
Sandy Beau has free off road parking for two cars on the driveway.
Keeping the Village and surrounding area as pollution free as possible is close to our heart and hence there is a Rolec electric car charging point available on request for those with Hybrid or Electric vehicles.
Dogs:
*One short haired dog is welcome at Sandy Beau at an extra fee of £25 per week although we request owners restrict their dogs to downstairs only - stairgate will be provided.
**Sorry pooches but in the summer months of July & August we do not allow dogs to stay due to Croyde beach being closed to our canine friends!

Croyde in North Devon, is a magical location with superb sandy beaches and spectacular scenery. The unspoilt village is steeped in old-world charm with great input into the area by the young surfing community, tourism and walkers with three fantastic beaches to choose from.
What makes this property unique
The house - 'Sandy Beau' - commands a perfect location for fast access on foot to the famous sandy surfing beach of Croyde Bay and also the heart of Croyde village while retaining peace and privacy from being situated on a quiet cul de sac.
