The house, on 2 levels, is composed of 3 bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, living room with equipped kitchenette. Surrounded by an independent garden with a green and flowery lawn overlooking the surrounding hills, it has a large patio with a table, chairs and deckchairs; barbecue, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, water supply and private parking. Inserted in the residential complex of Porto sa Ruxi consisting of individual villas surrounded by Mediterranean scrub. The residence has a swimming pool, tennis court and five-a-side soccer field. The white and thin sand beach is interspersed with granite rocks, whose natural layout divides the wide bay into 3 coves surrounded by secular junipers and Mediterranean scrub. It can be reached on foot in 10 minutes via a pedestrian underpass with steps. An ideal destination for a relaxing holiday in contact with nature.

Tolles Haus in toller Lage

Check-in war sehr nett. Perfekt ausgestattetes Haus. Das Haus liegt in einer absolut ruhigen und gepflegten Anlage, Zugang zur Anlage nur über ein Tor möglich. Gemeinschaftspool auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite mit Öffnungszeiten. Strand über eine Treppe in 400 m erreichbar. Absolut sauberer Strand und glasklares Wasser. Super nette Strandbar. Es war wunderschön!

Wunderbares Haus in traumhafter Umgebung

Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Sehr sauber und gut organisiert! Der Kontakt mit den Besitzern ist schnell und problemlos, Marilena und ihre Tochter sind sehr freundlich, im Kühlschrank waren kaltes Wasser und Orangensaft und Kekse. Der Garten ist gross und kühl, mit Barbecue und Blick auf die Berge. Die Residenz ist sehr ruhig, wir haben wirklich nichts von den Nachbarn gehört. Der Weg zum Strand ist 8 Minuten, es ist wie ein Privatstrand auch relativ ruhig und mit wunderbarem Wasser. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Villasimius und an die Ostküste gemacht, sogar eine Bootstour an die Bucht von Orsei, aber unser Strand war eigentlich der Beste! Alles war schön und erholsam, vielen Dank, das Haus ist wirklich zu empfehlen.

Excellent holiday home, nice family

Excellent family holiday home, we were warmly welcomed by the owners, with complimentary wine in the fridge! Beds were good and view amazing on the mountain. A car is nessesarry to visit the various beaches.
