The house, on 2 levels, is composed of 3 bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, living room with equipped kitchenette. Surrounded by an independent garden with a green and flowery lawn overlooking the surrounding hills, it has a large patio with a table, chairs and deckchairs; barbecue, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, water supply and private parking. Inserted in the residential complex of Porto sa Ruxi consisting of individual villas surrounded by Mediterranean scrub. The residence has a swimming pool, tennis court and five-a-side soccer field. The white and thin sand beach is interspersed with granite rocks, whose natural layout divides the wide bay into 3 coves surrounded by secular junipers and Mediterranean scrub. It can be reached on foot in 10 minutes via a pedestrian underpass with steps. An ideal destination for a relaxing holiday in contact with nature.
