Milky House Milan - former dairy now splendid Loft

The Milky House Milan (MHM) is a former dairy personally transformed into a small loft designed by a traveler for other travelers 2 minutes from the metro (MM2) Cimiano.

I have tried to take care of every detail to make the home as welcoming, efficient and comfortable as possible without sacrificing style.

Everything was meticulously (obsessively!) attention to detail from the comfort and efficiency of the spaces provided, including the "smart" ones, to functional, aesthetic and atmospheric lighting.

Milky House Milan is a completely NON-SMOKING facility.

2 double beds are in the splendid upper loft (160 * 200 bed with 25cm Memory mattress) and 2 in the lower floor sofa bed (Memory 140 * 200 18cm mattress).

The bathroom has a double shower cubicle with shower head and hand shower, integrated wall-mounted USB sockets, hairdryer, towel radiator. Led backlit mirror, large spaces for support and window.

Included there are soft sponges of generous size and various amenities available to guests.

There is a laundry area with washer and dryer available.

The kitchen is complete with everything, stove, combination microwave oven with grill, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, filter hood, toaster, water kettle, blender and of course a complete set of pots, pans, dishes and Sambonet cutlery.
The kitchen is a stand-alone windowed area with a snack counter and bar stools so you can eat comfortably in a couple of people.
Breakfast is offered as self-service and there are yoghurts, cereals, croissants, milk, tea, NESPRESSO machine with assorted capsules, etc.

The living area, very welcoming and located under the loft, has a spectacular 55 "Sony Bravia LED TV with soundbar, digital satellite TV (tvsat), 1GB Wi-Fi connection throughout the house, three-seater sofa bed ( bed 140x200) wardrobes and rooms available to guests, a large window 2 m high x 4 m wide (the former showcase of the dairy, now transformed into a glazed window pane to preserve the safety and privacy of the guests).

In addition to the satellite connection, connected to the available TV there is also an Android box with Chromecast and a dedicated Netflix subscription for MHM guests.

Self check-in and self-check-out without keys through the NUKI electronic lock is available and each guest will receive 1 day before check-in in a detailed email with data for autonomous access.
However, Michele will be happy to welcome you as often as possible.
