Vanderbilt Beach, White and Beautiful - 35 Day Notice Required please

This condo is a short 4 min walk to Vanderbilt beach and Delnor-Wiggins-State-Park-Beach in beautiful Naples. It is sunny in the morning, has beautiful views and is quiet at night. It was fabulously remodeled in 2016, with a perfect coastal feel and is equipped with everything you may need for perfect holidays.

The beds, Kingsize in Master-Bedroom and Queen-Size in Guest-bedroom, are brand-new super-comfortable boxsprings with anti-bedbug-covers, smooth washable pillows and everything is done to prevent you from allergic reactions, as the floors are tiled and everything else is washable, too.

The two bathrooms have nice and easy-accessible showers and are equipped with everything you may need. You will just have to bring your very personal belongings.

The kitchen offers a full-size fridge and icemaker, a self-cleaning convection-Range, microwave, toaster, blender, fully-automatic self-grinding-coffeemaker, and a brand-new Latissimi-Pro-Nespresso Machine. Of course it is equipped with every Kitchenware you will need to prepare your food. You may eat at the bar, the beautiful dining table or just outside in the spacious lanai.

For your entertainment we installed a wonderful OLED-4K-HD Smart TV, which allows you to watch also all your streaming favorites. Every Bedroom has a Smart-TV, too. High Speed Wifi is provided, as free Telephone in every room and a Wifi-Printer to print tickets and coupons. Apple & Android Chargers everywhere. Apple Home Pod.

Going to the beach will be fun taking the little beach-carriage with beach-loungers, Sun-umbrella and Icebag. Or you take the two luxurious Bikes to drive along the quiet streets of Pelican Bay.

You can wash and dry all your laundry in the laundry-room on the same floor.

Vanderbilt Towers 3 offers a sunny pool until the afternoon, an on-site Manager to help you in case of trouble and free parking.
Enjoy the beach during the day, relax by the Pool and watch a beautiful beach sunset without getting in a car. We are a very short distance to all the fabulous Restaurants of Naples and the Mercato, a Place where you will find a Whole-Foods market, Cinema and numerous dining Options.

We use it also ourselves and it is kept with taste, passion and personality.
