Ft and the 3rd bedroom which has a Murphy bed can be used as a office. Enjoy your coffee or a sunset cocktail from the comfort of your oversized lanai, as well as all the amenities including a heated swimming pool, barbecue area, tennis & pickleball, fishing, and boat docks available for lease with direct access to the Gulf.
