Maria , the owner host was very helpful. The condo was very clean plus items were as listing quoted. Very nice stay but very hot and humid north Naples this time of year …. Metal detecting at beach was fun and good. Only thing I , saw was shower needed grab arms for people to hold onto while in shower.

Extremely comfortable and very beautifully decorated. Everything you need is right there and then some. We spent many hours in the morning and evenings on that beautiful screened in lanai, and enjoyed watching the boats and dolphins.

Family getaway

We loved staying at this condo! The location is perfect, a short walk to the beach and a nice pool right there as well. The condo was gorgeous, clean and relaxing. Our host was helpful and responsive each time we needed anything. We'll definitely be back!!

There were a couple issues during my stay, but the owner was very available and assisted on every matter she could. Working with the owner was very easy and I appreciated her making herself so available. This is a great location! The views are very good and I look forward to coming back! Thank you, Maria!

Overall the property was great, wish we we told about the broken sofa recliners up front, we did not want it blamed on us. The location was fabulous, overall we would stay again if we came back to Naples.

The sofa recliner is not broke, the handle got broken from another tenant before you and was not aware during the turn over until you brought it to my attention. I called for service, but with you only there a week, it could not be taken care of during your stay. Sorry you experienced this issue during your stay.

Vanderbilt Beach

I want to thank Maria and her family for taking care of me during my stay in our forever place at Vanderbilt Beach. The condo is wonderful and does not disappoint. The area is perfect for walks on the beach, sunrise and sunsets, great shopping and the restaurant choices are endless. Relax and enjoy.

Christmas Vacation

Enjoyed watching all the birds from the lanai at eye level and over the bay. The morning dolphins were a daily treat. Lovely place with all the amenities to be able to cook for us Italians. Easy walk to the beach and beautiful pool and hot tub area heated to perfection during cooler temp days. Thank you Maria for a lovely stay! Highly recommend!
