Come Stay at our luxury condo and enjoy Baypoint at Vanderbilt Beach.

New Look! New Roofs, New Painting of Buildings, New Walkways, New Pool, New Spa, New Elevators And Lobbies! We are 3 minute walk to the Park and Bluebill Beach Access that has restrooms, showers, Free use of kids life jackets, eating benches and bike parking area.

Located on the bay/channel waters of the Gulf of Mexico this six floor unit has three bedrooms, two full baths and is a stunning luxurious condo which is located in Baypoint Condominiums in Vanderbilt Beach Naples, Florida.

This condo offers guests spacious living with great views of the Gulf Of Mexico, Bay Channel Waters and the Bay Waters. This unit is surrounded by water!!!

The property is well groomed with gardens and palms trees sprinkled throughout. Go for a walk around the bay water docks bordering our grounds, take a relaxing dip in the newly renovated pool and hot tub and enjoy relaxing days and evenings on the screened lanai watching dolphin and manatee playing in the water just feet away. The Gulf of Mexico and Delnor-Wiggins Park is just a short 3 minute walk from the condo.

The master bedroom offers guests a new king size bed, flat screen TV, private access to screened lanai, and spacious in-suite bath with garden tub, walk in closet, walk-in shower, and double sinks. The Queen Bedroom has views of the Bay and Gulf of Mexico with flat screen TV and new bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 new twin beds, flat screen TV and Gulf Of Mexico Views.

The living area is beautifully decorated with large flat screen TV, dining area for 8 and great water views from anywhere in the condo and access to the lanai. The kitchen is fully equipped with quartz counters and eating area. The condo is equipped with cable and wireless internet.

Naples Florida is considered to be the 'crown jewel' of southwest Florida. Located on the Gulf of Mexico, Naples offers visitors sun-filled days, crystal blue waters, fine white sandy beaches with warm breezes and magnificent sunsets. The area offers many attractions with championship golf courses, shopping, theatre, biking, water activities; snorkeling, parasailing, jet-skiing, boating, and the dining options are endless!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Reminder to place the parking passes on the counter the day of departure as well as any keys if they were used during your stay. Turn off any fans and place the AC on 74
Leave only unopen food in the cabinets and refrigerator. All trash must be taken out on departure day. Leave the bed cover, blankets and quilts for cleaning staff. Only take off the bed lines.
Wash sand off beach stuff and put away before departure. Please make sure sand is cleaned up off floors, tubs and showers.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please wash sand off before entering the condo. The sand can bring noseem's in the unit.
Suggestion to purchase insurance to cover for virus, red tide, tropical storm and hurricane in case they might occur during your stay.
MUST complete tenant forms for ONE parking pass. PLEASE email thru vrbo or personal email after the condo is booked and not to property management!

Wonderful Getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay here. You can't beat the close location to the beautiful beach and all the beautiful views from everywhere in the condo. It was so nice to be able to bring our bikes and so many close places to ride and explore. We would definitely recommend this place and we hope to return sometime!

I brought my parents of 75, husband and daughter of 24 and we all thoroughly enjoyed staying at this spacious condo! Beautiful views, easy quick walk to the beach where we enjoyed stunning sunsets nearly every night. Highly recommend a Keurig is added and simplify the checkout cleaning instructions.

Our 1 week stay was great! The condo has everything you need! Very good location: 3 minutes walk to the beach, 5-7 minutes by car from shops. There is everything you need to go to the beach: chairs, umbrellas, children's toys and much more! The host, Maria, was always in touch and very friendly! We had a dream vacation!We've visited Naples before, but never this close to the beach. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, functional, quiet, and full of natural light. The beds are very cozy, and everything is perfectly set up for a family to enjoy a wonderful stay and create beautiful memories.It had everything we needed: kitchenware, linens, beach chairs, umbrella, and even sand toys. All the apartment and building instructions were clearly detailed, which we truly appreciated—it made our stay much easier.The view from the 6th floor was amazing; we could even watch the sunset from there. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, with easy access and restrooms available at the entrance.María was incredibly helpful and kind, always responding to our messages immediately. Return to Naples

We had a really good stay. We were a bit unlucky because we had reserved this unit well before Hurricane Ian struck Naples. As a result of the hurricane damage, we were unable to use the pool at the building and, more importantly, Delnor-Wiggins Park, which is adjacent to the property was closed. But Vanderbilt Beach was available. We were pleased to see that there seemed to be no problem with debris or nasty marine bacteria. The hosts were great. They were very upfront about the problems we might encounter and addressed some minor problems immediately. It is a very large apartment that accommodated the six of us – 4 adults and 2 children – with no problem. We enjoyed the large balcony with a water view.

Noisy but nice

The property was beautiful however we did not recevie any notification from the owner that the entire complex was getting new windows. This should be standard with any stay for one of a few weeks of vacation per year. Most families like to get away on a quiet vacation but we had 5 days of very noisy construction including a jackhammer closing the poll for over a day. The jackhammer started at 8:45am on Thursday. The window company tried to enter our unit while my son was sleeping and we were down at the beach. This should not happen ever. I doubt we will use VRBO again in the future as there ia no accountability on the owner to share any disclaimers. There are also plenty of rules to follow for checkout that all come with fees if you forget to do soemthing. Seems like this is not a very fair practice considering the we paid a cleaning fee and had to vacume the unit.

Great Naples trip with the Family!

We had a fantastic time at this unit for a week with the family. Beautiful views from the unit itself as you can see the sunrise over the bay from the back balcony and the sunset over the ocean from the front. Unit was very spacious, lending itself very nicely for my wife, daughter and parents. With just a 3-4 minute walk from the beach we were able to make it there everyday and enjoy the beautiful Vanderbilt Beach. Huge plus was how well accommodating the kitchen was to be able to make meals. We will definitely book here again!
