From day to day better

Because it was cold in the appartement and the heater was not very strong, the first day was not so comfortable. But the days got warmer and the appartement also. Summa summarum we had a comfortable stay in San Benedetto.

Piacevole soggiorno al mare

Bella struttura, Distante a più di 3 km dal centro, ma per chi ama andare in bico non è un problema. Noi siamo stati in un periodo non estivo, quindi abbiamo trovato la zona molto tranquilla. Consiglio: Qualche accessorio in più per la cucina come presine e canovaccio sarebbero gradite come è bene provvedere a una disinfestazione di zanzare e formiche presenti sul pianerottolo che ahimè accedono all'interno dell'abitazione. Non sono presenti zanzariere

Brutta esperienza

Peccato per la struttura in cui siamo capitati, zona molto bella ma non si può dire lo stesso dell appartamento. Formiche in tutta la casa, tavoletta del wc rotta, quando si apre l’acqua del bidet fuoriesce tutta l’acqua dal pavimento e ti bagni tutti i piedi, porta della doccia staccata fuoriesce l’acqua, e puzza di fogna. (Il garage sporchissimo neanche una pulizia) Insomma un esperienza da non ripetere anche perché è caro per quello che ti offrono e siamo andati a settembre. Le foto che hanno sul sito evidentemente corrispondono a 10 anni fa quando è stata ristrutturata.

Una settimana di sole e relax

L'appartamento rispecchia esattamente la descrizione, moderno, pulito e con elettrodomestici al gran completo funzionanti. L'assenza (nota) dell'ascensore (eravamo al secondo piano) non ha influito sulla percezione generale di una buona organizzazione e di un'attenzione alle esigenze. Bravi.

Mare meraviglioso e ottima posizione

Appartamento molto confortevole e pulitissimo. Unica nota da segnalare è questa: l'appartamento si trova vicinissimo al lungomare, molto frequentato da camion immondizia, vetro e carico e scarico merci per gli stabilimenti balneari. Se si tengono le finestre aperte durante la notte verso le 6 cominciano a scaricare. Per fortuna l'appartamento è dotato di doppi vetri e aria condizionata. A finestre chiuse si riesce a riposare bene.

Posizione strategica e appartamento funzionale.

L’appartamento è ben strutturato e organizzato, la comunicazione sia con la proprietà che con l’agenzia è stata efficiente. Qualificante è la vicinanza al mare e il panorama che si gode dal balcone fronte mare. Buona la climatizzazione. Solo un paio di annotazioni: si avverte l’assenza delle tapparelle, vista l’esposizione al sole per gran parte della giornata e l’impossibilità anche di tenere aperte le finestre di notte per ovvie questioni di sicurezza. La seconda annotazione riguarda la porta di ingresso, molto leggera e per nulla insonorizzata. con il via vai notturno e anche a causa della poca educazione di altri affittuari, si sente tutto... Giudizio comunque molto positivo nel complesso.

Wonderfull family holiday

Our family (2 adults and 2 children (1&3 years old)) spent wonderfull holiday in Calaluna suite nr. 8. The building has great location just a few steps from the beach, grocery shop, gelateria and bike rental. The appartment nr. 8 was in 3rd floor and was nicely designed in modern style. We had 2 rather small balconies, one of them with seaview. The equipment of the appartment was sufficient, we were missing just kettle and dishwasher instead of washing mashine in the kitchen, while we were cooking every day, hair dryer in the bathroom and stronger Wi-Fi. The beach Letoile was just cross the street and promenade and provided nice service with small playground for the kids. They served such a great cappuccino. To summarise the holiday in one word, I have to say it was WONDERFULL. We are looking forward to visit Calaluna next year again!

Appartamento recentemente ristrutturato con gusto ed ogni comodità, pulito, ottima a/c e wifi e garage incluso. Comodo per famiglie, a pochi passi dal mare e dal centro. Proprietari gentilissimi e sempre disponibili ad esaudire qualsiasi richiesta ed a consigliare ristoranti o luoghi da visitare. Un giorno si è bloccata la cassaforte ed il tecnico è venuto in poche ore a sbloccarla senza alcun costo di intervento. Torneremo il prossimo anno! Federico, Ambra, Valerio, Emma e Sveva

Bellissime vacanze

Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni in completo relax grazie alla comodità dell'appartamento e anche alla ottima ubicazione (fronte mare). A week in San Benedetto

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful week in relaxing and beautiful San Benedetto del Tronto. OUr accommodations at the Cala Luna Suites was perfect. They provided everything we needed, including 2 bikes which were an asset for seeing the waterfront. The suite was bright, modern and right across from the boardwalk. It is close to restaurants. It is an easy walk to many attractions - like the market place and the most interesting breakwater lined with amazing sculptures. If you want to swim, the beach is right there. It was also quiet for sleeping! Thanks to the owner and agency for taking such good care of us!

spettacolare!!!

siamo una famiglia di quattro persone abbiamo soggiornato al cala luna dal 21/06 al 28/06 cosa dire??fantastico, appartamento pulito,nuovo,spazioso ma soprattutto a 21 passi dal mare!!suggerimenti ai proprietari nulla da dire agli ospiti invece un po più di educazione salva la vacanza a tutti..l'anno prossimo si replica IMU e TASI permettendo!!!

avendo scelto cosi x caso questo posto devo ,dire k era tutto ok , appena arrivati waooo abbiamo detto bello è piaciuto subito, l appartamento era cosi carino come abbiamo visto sul pc arredato bene moderno tutto nuovo pulito , direi ottimo ., accogliente aria condizionata insomma una meraviglia , sul tavolo ci attendeva una bt di vino locale ,,,,,buonissimo ,,,la passerina,,, ,insomma siamo stati molto bene , amici se passate di li ve lo consiglio da soggiornare garantito , grazie sg de santis

Relax assoluto

Sono 4 anni che veniamo presso il Calaluna e con nostro graditissimo piacere abbiamo ritrovato gli appartamenti completamente rinnovati con la sensazione ancor più forte di stare a casa ma con i confort di un servizio impeccabile Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone e ognuno riesce comunque ad avere il proprio spazio, le stanze climatizzate e la vista del mare meravigliosa sopratutto al mattino inoltre il punto di forza che ci fa tornare e' sicuramente la vicinanza dalla spiaggia 20mt appena e con i bambini e' davvero impagabile e grazie alla cortese attenzione delle proprietarie non ci è' mancato nulla dalle lenzuola morbidissime agli asciugamani.Pulizia accurata e ottimi consigli per mangiare vicino con la qualità e prezzo assicurata Ci tengo a consigliarlo con la speranza di ritrovare posto il prossimo anno San Benedetto per noi e' solo il Calaluna

Eleganza e minimalismo in riva al mare.

Consiglio vivamente questi appartamenti perchè siamo stati veramente bene. Posizione ottima subito di fronte il mare, l'appartamento da pochissimo ristrutturato in maniera sapiente ha soddisfatto appieno le nostre aspettative, siamo due adulti e un piccolo assurdo ma anche lui parecchio esigente. La proprietà impeccabile soprattutto Ilaria estremamente professionale ma allo stesso tempo molto amichevole e affettuosa. Che dire speriamo di tornarci presto e in bocca al lupo per il futuro.
