Sea Front Apartment

Delightful little apartment facing the sea, in Via Rinascimento 95, 50 meters from the beach, with 1 double bedroom, a dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, 1 completely renovated bathroom, kitchenette, balcony with sea view, suitable for families. In the living room and in the bedroom there are ceiling fans / light. Availability of a parking space (small) as well as a warehouse under the stairs. A few steps away there are shops, restaurants, newsagent, pharmacy so well-served area. The center of San Benedetto del Tronto is about 3km away, while Ascoli Piceno is 25 km.
Check in after 2 pm on Saturday and check out by 10 am always on Saturday.
Reservations can be for a MINIMUM OF ONE WEEK or MULTIPLES OF ONE.
Bed linen and towels not included in the price. (€ 15 per person )
On request it is possible to add a cot. Small pets are allowed with an additional final cleaning cost of € 30

Ottima posizione, bellissima vacanza

Appartamento comodissimo e funzionale, con una bellissima vista mare dal balcone. Posizione eccellente, bastano pochi passi per raggiungere sia la spiaggia libera, che lo stabilimento balneare. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti ristoranti, supermarket, edicole e la farmacia, insomma tutto quello che è utile avere a portata di mano. Il proprietario è molto gentile e cordiale. Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana!

Casa molto bella, con una location ottima: balconcino con vista mare, spiaggia libera a pochi passi e un po’ di ristorantini sotto il palazzo e nei dintorni. Pio e la sua compagna sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili durante tutta la vacanza

Soggiorno piacevole e vicino al mare

La casa era a 2 passi dal mare, sia lidi che spiagge libere. Tutto quello che serviva era nelle vicinanze. In casa erano presenti tutte quelle piccole cose (dalle spugne al sapone per i piatti) che fa piacere non portare in vacanza!
