In the heights of Semaphore and the residential area of Sainte Maxime, this modern Provencal house built in 1992is located in a Mediterranean landscape with a 180-degree view of the St. Tropez bay. Yachts and sailboats pass by all day long, like a real-live painting.
The modern villa comfortably accommodates 6 people. Large master bedroom on ground floor with private bathroom. 2 other bedrooms upstairs with 1 bathroom. Each room of the house has a view of the sea.
Huge bay windows separate the kitchen, living room, and dining room from the deck and infinity pool. You can eat on the small terrace under the shade of the olive trees or on the large terrace mmnear the pool.
The house is located within a completely quiet area, nestled within the hundred-year-old umbrella pine trees but is still very close to town—the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation.
Sainte-Maxime, on the Gulf of St. Tropez, is a popular vacation spot that manages to be stylish and have a family atmosphere. This hotspot is sunny almost 300 days a year. This area has many sport and cultural activities, entertainment, and tourist spots for any age.

Grandiose Villa in Sainte-Maxime

We were at the villa for the 3rd time; as always, we are delighted with the generous, high-quality furnishings and the fantastic view of the bay of Saint Tropez. The beautiful pool and the great location are unforgettable. We will come back, no question!

We have again enjoyed this wonderful house with its incredibly beautiful view of the bay of St. Tropez . . . and will do it again anytime. The well-tempered pool and the generously furnished house with 2 brand new bathrooms leave nothing to be desired.

Fantastic villa with magnificent pool

We had a warm welcome by a very cordial manager couple. The villa is in perfect condition after some renovation, the equipment has a luxurious level, the highlight is the heated saltwater infinity pool on a wonderful property and the fantastic view of the bay of Saint Tropez. So we enjoyed each day of our vacation in this beautiful environment. The vacation came to an end much to quickly, we are sure this was not our last stay at this villa.

We had an amazing vacation at the villa. The house was very tidy, and the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped. The outdoor area was truly fantastic, offering a stunning view of Saint Tropez, a delightful pool, and several lovely sitting areas where we could relax both in the sun and in the shade. The villa was close to the beach, supermarkets, and the city of Sainte Maxime, as well as a ferry that took us to Saint Tropez. We loved every moment of our stay and couldn't have asked for a more perfect holiday destination!

Villa sublime, idéalement placée dans un quartier calme et résidentiel mais proche de tout (plage de la nartelle avec activités nautiques géniales, centre ville, tennis) mais voiture indispensable car çà grimpe, mais c'est la rançon d'une vue unique sur le golfe de St Tropez, sans aucun vis-à-vis). Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa mit unseren Hunden wirklich sehr genossen. Großartiger Ausblick mit schöner Terrasse und herrlichem Pool. Beide Bäder sind neu und wirklich sehr schön. Schöne Einrichtung und neue Küche mit allem, was man benötigt. Yvan ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und hervorragender Gastgeber. Wir können den Aufenthalt nur empfehlen.

Wundervolle Villa in sehr guter Lage

Tolles Haus, fussläufig (etwa 25 Minuten) zu Sainte Maxime gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und durchweg sehr hochwertig. Großer Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner, alles vorhanden und neu. Der beheizte Pool mit dem Blick über die Bucht von Saint Tropez ist ein Traum. Die Bäder entsprechen, wie auf dem Bildern zu sehen ist, dem örtlichen Standard. Anzumerken wäre, dass Google Maps die Adresse falsch verortet und man etwa 300m weiter fahren muss. Der Parkplatz befindet sich dann unterhalb des Hauses. Einzigster Wunsch wäre eine Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen, dies aber auch nur, da wir wegen der Kinder nicht bei offenen Fenster schlafen konnten, sonst ist das Haus bei geöffneten Fenstern, auch bei über 30 Grad Celsius am Tag, durch den durchzuziehenden Wind Abends wirklich immer angenehm kühl. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und Dominique vor Ort war sehr nett und absolut unproblematisch. Insgesamt haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Bestens ausgerüstet, gut gepflegt und und erneuert (unser letzter Aufenthalt vor 16 Jahren). Prächtige Lage mit Blick auf die Bucht von St.Tropez. Mikroklima mit leichter Brise und Pinien-Schatten auch bei Hitze angenehm. Kontakt zu Besitzer und lokalem Betreuer-Ehepaar freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder, nicht erst in 16 Jahren!

Einfach toll

Wir sind zu 6 Personen (mit 2 Kindern) angereist und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus ist super, der Pool wunderbar und die Aussicht gigantisch. Es liegt sehr weit oben. Zu Fuß braucht man gute 20 Minuten nach Sainte Maxime runter und Taxen sind schwer zu bekommen, das ist aber auch das einzig negativ, was ich sagen kann. Die Küche ist komplett neu und toll ausgestattet. Über Bluetooth kann man die untere Etage und den Garten beschallen, was sehr angenehm ist in Zeiten des streamings. Den Fernseher haben wir nicht benutzt. Das untere Schlafzimmer ist sehr groß und hat noch ein Schlafsofa (für 1 Person). Oben ist ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und einem eigenen Duschbad. Außerdem gibt es oben einen zum Wohnraum offenen Raum mit einem weiteren kleinen Doppelbett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Une vue incroyable !

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans la villa de Yann. Nous avions peur d’être déçu par la vue, les photos étant parfois trompeuses. Ce fut tout l’inverse, la vue est incroyable !!! Au point de passer pas mal de temps devant ce spectacle rare. La maison est idéalement placée, au calme absolu, et fonctionnelle. Très bien accueillis par Angèle. Les salles de bain un peu datées, et surtout le lit de la mezzanine vraiment inconfortable coutent malgré tout une étoile.

ici le temps s'arrête...

Ici c'est un peu plus qu'une maison de vacances, comme une maison de famille, avec une âme. Ce n'est pas le luxe absolu, c'est encore mieux. L'endroit est merveilleux, calme, et la vue...grandiose. La piscine est chauffée et la terrasse accueillante le tout avec vue sur Saint Tropez et son golfe bleu marine. Le soleil du matin au soir, Yvan a tout prévu pour l'équipement. Rien ne manque. La cuisine vient d'être totalement refaite et c'est un régal. Batterie de cuisine de grande qualité neuve. La literie est correcte nous avons bien dormi. Les pièces sont grandes et on est à son aise. Et en prime une une bouteille de bon vin blanc au frais! Merci. Nous louons beaucoup France et étranger et il est rare de trouver un lieu si bien équipé. Quelque soient vos activités ici tout est proche. Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable et nous reviendrons.

Wunderschönes Haus, herrlicher Infinity-Pool mit sensationeller Aussicht auf Saint-Tropez

Die Fotos entsprechen genau den Tatsachen. Der grosszügige Wohnbereich, der Pool- und Gartenbereich sind wunderschön. Die Aussicht ist sensationell und die grossen Schirm-Pinien bringen eine natürliche Schattierung, was bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen ganztägig angenehm ist. Der gepflegte Infinity-Pool lädt ganztags zum Baden ein. Vier Liegestühle und ein Sitzplatz bieten Platz zum Verweilen. Grill mit ausreichend Gas ist vorhanden und tipptopp. Das Elternschlafzimmer bietet ebenfalls eine fantastische Aussicht. Die weiteren Schlafmöglichkeiten sind zweckmässig eingerichtet. Badetücher für den Pool sind vorhanden. Der Kontakt zum Besitzer und der Kontakt vor Ort hat bestens geklappt. Die Einrichtung - insbesondere in der Küche - ist absolut zweckmässig. Von der Kaffeemaschine bis zum Toaster ist alles vorhanden. Die Küche (Schränke) und Bäder (Nasszellen) sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hier würde eine Erneuerung eine Aufwertung des Objektes bringen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

I fell in love with this small town and the region during my first visit in 2002.
