    een ruim appartement waar je het aan niets ontbreekt

    Vriendelijke meedenkend echtpaar, Carmen en haar man hebben ons staan opwachten om 10 uur s'morgens om ons in te checken. Wat heel fijn is als je zo'n vroege vlucht heb gehad:) Heerlijk centraal gelegen appartement waar je zo in het centrum zit en bij alle restaurantjes en koffie-tentjes. Wat jammer was dat wij de zon pas om 17 uur op ons balkon kregen en dan is het in maart gewoon een beetje te koud om s morgen al buiten te ontbijten. Denk dat het later in het jaar Juist heel fijn is om niet meteen de zon te hebben, dus zo is er altijd een min en een plus. Heerlijk gehad en wij komen zeker hier terug. Prima verzorgd! Dank je wel Carmen!

    Just a bit different

    We know Teneriffe quite well and had visited Medano as day trippers, Gloria's apartment was recommended to us and it really was a nice place to spend the holiday. Medano is different from most resorts as the clientele is much more varied, a microcosm of Europe, With a beach you can safely swim from and good restaurants offering a wide variety of cuisine. A quieter (apart from the air aeroplanes) and very different place from the usual Teneriffe holiday resort.

    Lovely apartment with great views from the balcony. We liked the pool a lot and that all shops, restaurants and the beach are at a walking distance. We would definitely book with Carmen again.

    great holiday in El Medano

    It is a lovely apartment, big enough for 4 people, and fully equipped for cooking! It has a big balkony with sundown view. There is also a pool with sunchairs. The Ocean is very close and if you like to can go swimming before breakfast! The village is nearby, but it is quiet in the nights. We had a great holiday and we definitely like to come back!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Absolutely great

    Carmen and her son Borja made us very welcome, even picking us up from another apartment in town and helping us with our cases etc. loved the large balcony, and the fact that you could walk straight from the main bedroom and the lounge onto the balcony. We know Medano inside out, having been their many times, but this is the best located apartment we've stayed in. All the neighbours are friendly. The apartment is comfortable, with a lovely bathroom, and the kitchen, although quite old, has everything you need. We liked it so much, we have booked again in 2017.

    A bright clean well equipped flat close to the beach and life of the twin

    I enjoyed staying here very much sitting on the balcony looking out over the beach and bay. It was close to cafes restaurants and shops yet quiet. Possible because of time of year. The owner of our flat did not arrive at th arranged time. We waited for an hour before her husband arrived to let us into the apartment l. I would have appreciated it if she or he had arrived on time or had let us know they were going to arrive late.

This time a complication arose since they operated to the owner of urgency and that was the reason of the delay.     Great Apartment, Super Location!

    We were met my Carmen on arrival and shown the apartment, Carmen's art work is displayed throughout the Apartment which added to the comfortable feel of the place which was very clean. It was perfect for our 23 night stay. The kitchen is well equipped and functionable and the washing machine useful for us. The bathroom has recently been refurbished as has a great shower, plenty of towels too. The beds were extremely comfortable with memory foam mattresses. The lounge area was comfortable and benefitted from wifi, which is useful for planning trips in the area and checking weather reports. The small balcony benefits a great view towards the sea and El Medano, which is a few minutes away from the apartment, easy to have a morning swim in the town beach. There is a communal swimming pool at the apartment but it was to cold to use. Car parking was easy in the streets near by. There are great bars just downstairs by the apartment. The apartment is accessed by quite a few steps which was the only difficulty we encountered when taking shopping and our luggage to the apartment. This would not stop me staying there again. Highly recommended. Thank you Carmen.

    Die Angaben in der Beschreibung sind soweit korrekt sollten aber ergänzt werden. Der Lärm durch die mehrfach pro Tag startenden und landenden Flugzeuge auch früh morgens und nachts, ist bei der Nähe zum Flughafen klar, aber sicher nicht jedermann bewusst. Die Möbel sind z.t. etwas durchgesessen, sonst ist das Appartement gut eingerichtet, selbst Spiele und Bücher sind vorhanden. Das Sat bzw. Kabel TV hat jedoch ausschließlich spanische Programme, das WiFi funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und auch vor Ort erreichbar. Der seitliche Blick über die Bucht ist sehr schön.

    Die Wohnung liegt zentral aber ruhig was den Ortslärm betrifft. Was nicht verschwiegen werden darf sind die täglich mehrfach, auch früh morgens, startenden und landenden Flugzeuge. Der Flughafen liegt auch nur ca. 2 km entfernt. Die Möbel sind inzwischen z.t. etwas abgewohnt bzw. durchgesessen, das angebotene Sat bzw. KabelTV beschränkt sich auf ausschließlich spanische Programme. WiFi funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend und auch vor Ort erreichbar.

    Prettig vakantie appartement

    We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in El medano. De eerste zon en boven 20 graden in april was heerlijk. Het apartement was basic, maar prima met een fijne woonkamer, balkon en een fijne slaapkamer. Rustig gelegen en dicht bij de zee en winkels. Helaas wel veel trappen lopen naar den3e etage maar daardoor wel zicht op zee vanaf het balkon. De hostes is zeer vriendelijk en staat voor je klaar, maar ze spreekt geen Engels. Voor de prijs een zeer goede locatie on eenweek te verblijven!

    Bel appartement, bien situé.

    Bel appartement, bien situé,à proximité des bars et restaurants, et pourtant très calme. La seule chose que l'on pouvait entendre la nuit c'était les vagues à marée haute qui venaient se taper contre les petites maisons qui surplombent la plage.Il suffisait de fermer la fenêtre et nous dormions bien. La résidence est bien entretenue. Tous les matins, la terrasse et la piscine collective sont nettoyées. Les propriétaires sont très aimables. Nous y avons passé un très beau séjour avec nos deux enfants de 12 et 14 ans. Tous prêts à y retourner.

    Excellent accomodation

    We enjoyed a wonderful break at this lovely apartment in the beautiful resort of El Medano. The owner was waiting for us on arrival to provide us with all the information we needed and show us around. She left us with a telephone number should we have any problems, which we didn't. The apartment was exactly as described. Very clean and spacious with good views over the bay which catch the evening sunshine. The kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge and washing machine. The bedrooms had plenty of wardrobe space and comfortable beds. There was always plenty of hot water. Free wi fi was a nice bonus. In summary an excellent apartment which I would recommend.

    zentrales Appartment mit tollem Blick

    Ein sehr schönes Appartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einer gut ausgestattenen Küche und einem schön großem Balkon mit super Blick auf den Ort/Strand/Sonnenuntergang. Alles zu Fuß unproblematisch zu erreichen: Supermärkte, Strand, Restaurants etc. also mittendrin ohne Lärm zu haben.... wie waren dort mit zwei Kindern und höchst zufrieden. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und auch vor Ort erreichbar.

    Wonderful apartment!

    I've stayed in a few apartments in Medano and this is my favourite. The location is perfect for catching the sunset and having drinks in Manfred's, a lovely bar downstairs. There are two bedrooms but one is smaller, so more suitable for children.

    A very pleasant apartment !

    Just returned from a week in this apartment. The owners were there to greet & give details of keys, pool etc. The apartment was very clean, bright and spacious. Lovely views from the balcony too. The kitchen has everything you need and also has a superb huge fridge !! Its also in a very quiet area and only metres from the bus stop. The only down side is the fact that the tv only has spanish channels. To watch some tv in the evening would be good. All in all, very good. Would not hesitate to stay there again ! Thanks Carmen.

    We stayed 3 weeks in this apartment and were completely satisfied during our stay. This apartment was well equipped for all our needs. All cooking needs are provided for in the well equipped kitchen. Bed linen and towels were also provided with ample clean sheets and towels in the cupboards for eventuall changes. The flat itself was found to be in a very clean condition and the surrounding area,stairs gardens and pool area well looked after. The apartment is well situated overlooking the bay near to the stores and the bus stop making it an ideal base for sightseeing in the surounding area. The owner was extremely friendly being available on our arrival to provide us with the keys and available by phone during our stay if further help was needed. We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would have no problems in reccomending it to others Eva and Tony,Sweden

    Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

    Wir hatten die Wohnung für 12 Tage gemietet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Sie befindet sich direkt am Meer.. Die Einrichtung ist modern und zweckmäßig.     I've been enjoying staying in other Medano apartments, but definitely, this is the best of all. Quiet, comfortable and cozy. beautiful views, and has all the gadgets concina you need. very clean, very nice and the owner Carmen. return to this apartment again after looking at many others. this is the final. just perfect.I will choose this whenever comes.

    Wohnen in el medano

    Wir waren drei Wochen in der Wohnung und wir können sie gut empfehlen. Küche komplett ausgestattet, zwei Schlafzimmmer ruhig und kühl sehr gut zum Schlafen.Man hat immer heißes Wasser zum duschen, auch bei drei Personen..toll Auf dem Balkon hat man ab nachmittags die Sonne und kann sehr gut den traumhaften Sonnenuntergang erleben. Wir kommen gerne wieder Petra und Torsten
