About this property

Bridge Barn - Three Bedroom House, Sleeps 6

An impressive barn conversion with open plan living on the first floor that takes advantage of countryside and coastal views. On sunny days, relax on the balconies, perfect for morning breakfast or starlit suppers and curl up around the wood burner when the weather cools. The bedrooms are all on the ground floor and the spacious hallway has enough capacity for bike storage if required.  The barn is a 5 minute walk from a  small holiday park with access to an indoor swimming pool, gym restaurant and bar.   The popular seaside resort of Cromer is 3.5 miles away and has plenty of attractions on offer, including a lovely sandy beach.

Overall good with a few “hiccups”
Confusion as to who we were renting from HomeAway or Norfolk Country Cottages. Rented originally from HomeAway and then I called to register 2 dogs and there was confusion as to who we were renting from/with - I’m still unsure! It would have been good to have enough logs for 1 evening fire - there were 4 left at the house! That being said the house was warm due to the central heating. Showers weren’t consistently hot - we experienced lukewarm showers in both. We didn’t appreciate there was a right of way in front of the house - we were asked to park on the gravel which we did and were disturbed by a disgruntled neighbour at 21.30hrs on Friday complaining “he’d driven from London and we were blocking his right of way”. Sorry for the negative stuff but you did ask! - overall we enjoyed our stay, thanks.
