THE SPACE

Great location and amazing property

Wow, what a fab house. The decor and furnishings were just perfect. Everything you need. The children loved the cinema room and the adults the lounge and outside space. Ideal location for walking to beach and around town. We didn’t use the car all week. Honestly I think the house is most suited for adult couples or families with older children. Our youngest was 4 and the stairs were just ok. The layout wouldn’t be ideal for younger children. The welcome pack and extras like beach gear was very welcome to use. Mattresses were just lush too.

Nice large house in a great location in the centre of Cromer Finished to a great standard and nicely furnished.

Not suitable for very young children or anyone with poor mobility

This is a 4 storey house which was a nightmare with a 15 month old baby. Overall the house was well decorated and equipped to a good standard, but was badly let down by the outdoor space, and issues with accessing the back garden (you have to go through the neighbour’s garden and they have a loose dog and the gate latch only worked intermittently) and opening the very stiff back door. Lovely sitting room and good quality kitchen appliances, good family bathroom. Cinema room was very small and smelt damp. A lot of road/people noise at nighttime, especially for the ground level bedroom.
