holiday home Armandiola (Semidana)

The apartment is part of a villa divided into five apartments.
The apartment consists of a living area with open kitchen, two bedrooms (one double - one twin with a single bed and a sofa bed), bathroom with shower. Outside there is a private veranda with a wicker seating area and a table.

The kitchen is equipped.
In the house you will find a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a drying rack.
Air conditioning (only in the living area), mosquito nets and double glazed windows.

We provide sheets and blankets, 2 towels per guest (on request, for a fee, it is possible to have additional towels)

The house is surrounded by a large garden with an olive grove, where you can relax in the sun or have dinner under the starry sky.

There is a built-in barbecue and a shared outdoor solar shower.
Your pets (we also have them) are welcome, but we ask you to respect the common spaces.
Car needed for travel.

NOTICE: There is a sand washing facility nearby, running from 7/8 am to 12 noon. In the afternoon from 13/14 to 16/17 (the facility closes 2 weeks in August, usually starting from 7/08)
The noise is in the background, not strong, most of the guests don't mind. We specify it for correctness and in the case you look for an absolute silence from deserted land.
