Charming country house recently renovated and furnished. It is located 15 minutes walk from the beach and the city center. 5 minutes by car from the beach and 10 minutes from the airport. Supermarkets 400 meters.
The house is located on a plot of 750 square meters, of which approximately 120 correspond to the house. The house has four bedrooms (3 double and 1 single), two bathrooms, a spacious and cozy living room and a splendid fully equipped kitchen.
Outside, guests can enjoy a beautiful garden with a nice swiming pool of 4x2 meters. The garden is an ideal place to relax, sunbathe or enjoy a drink. The house also has a covered terrace perfect for spending the hottest hours and covered garage with capacity for one vehicle. In addition, field enthusiasts can enjoy our garden, from which they can collect vegetables or fruits. In addition, users will have free Wi-Fi.

Cozy family villa with everything you need!

Our family stayed in the villa for 10 days, 2 adults + 5 kids (3-17 years old) Everybody was very happy with the space. Lots of rooms, good outside area and located in a safe Spanish neighborhood. Great for kids with the pool area and the private garden with lemon, mandarin and orange trees. There is also a barbaque and you can easily cook at home and eat outside as the kids are playing. Just lovely! Also close to supermarkets for buying food (5min walk) The beach is absolutely amazing about 15min walk from the house. Torremolinos is a nice and clean little town, and the centre have everything you need like cafés, shopping, bars, restaurants and more. Everything withing walking distance from the villa. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon. This villa is well equipped to host a large family including towels, bed linnen, washer and dishwasher, and the host is super friendly and very helpful. We even had water in the fridge and wine at arrival. We had everything we needed in the house and within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay very much. I would book this villa again and recommend this host to family and friends. Just great! :-)

Fantastisch verblijf

Mijn vrouw en ik hebben naar aanleiding van ons 40 jarig huwelijk onze kinderen een weekje uitgenodigd in de fijne villa van José. Net als wij hebben zij het ook enorm naar hun zin gehad. We hebben leuke uitstapjes gemaakt, regelmatig gebruik gemaakt van de leuke restaurants in de omgeving. Lidl en de Aldi zitten om de hoek. Reuze handig. Voor de grotere supermarkten gebruikten we onze auto, die we bij ons hadden. Naar het strand lopen is bijna niet te doen, omdat het erg stijl naar beneden loopt. Ook fietsen is geen optie. Wel is het leuk om een dagje een fiets te huren in Malaga. Vanaf daar kun je kilometers lang de kustlijn volgen en passeer je tal van lokale ondernemers, die op het strand vis bakken. Heerlijk! In de villa ontbrak het ons aan niets…oja toch wel. De kurkentrekker was kapot. We hebben zelf een nieuwe aangeschaft. De douche duurt lang voordat deze warm water geeft en het is ook snel op. De bedden zijn vrij hard. Het internet is top! Het terras is heerlijk met veel mogelijkheden waar je gedurende de dag kunt zitten. In januari kwam de zon elke ochtend in de tuin op om kwart voor 10 en om half 6 in de avond was ze weer verdwenen. Op strand schijnt ie dan nog een uur. José is een erg sympathieke gastheer. Hij spreekt goed Engels en via Whatsapp kun je snel contact met hem krijgen. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Maar je hebt wel een auto nodig om ergens verder dan de Lidl te komen.

Harry, hartelijk dank voor je uitstekende reactie. Het was een waar genoegen om jullie te ontvangen. Aan de andere kant is het de eerste keer dat iemand klaagt over de hoeveelheid warm water (onze tank is groot). We hebben ook een extra thermoskan die we hadden kunnen activeren. Het spijt me dat u de bedden hard vond. In dit geval is het een kwestie van smaak, maar ik zal er rekening mee houden als we de matrassen verwisselen. Het zal een genoegen zijn u weer te mogen verwelkomen.

Family holiday Oct 21

We had a fabulous time at Jose Villa. The villa is fantastic with no faults at all. Jose was there to meet us on arrival and showed us how everything works and was available straight away on Whatsapp if we needed anything. I can't rate the Villa or Jose highly enough. We will visit again.

Fantastic villa and location! Dog friendly!

Me, my partner and our dog had an amazing time staying in this beautiful property for a month. The owner Jose is very nice and welcoming & was so helpful, nothing is too much trouble if you ask for anything. The house is modern, clean and very spacious and has everything you need! The garden which surrounds the house was my favorite it is amazing! From the pool to the seating areas, right down to the large fruit tree garden at the back, to which the owners gardener would pick fruit for us to make juice from! The location is great, supermarkets within walking distance , the beach is only 10 min walk and is beautiful, lots of shops, bars, restaurants etc. We were very sad to leave such a beautiful villa we honestly felt very much at home. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. This property is great for families and dog owners too!

Week spent in torremolinos.

The property was very nice. The bedrooms where all a good size and the beds where comfortable. All the rooms had air-conditioning if you got too warm which was lovely. The living room was a good size as well and could comfortably sit about 9 people. The kitchen contained everything you would need to prepare a decent meal. The outside was lovely as well contain nice pool ans some chairs to sit in the sun If you wanted. Also has a barbecues and several sitting areas outside. Overall the house was great and out of the 7 of us that stayed there none had any complaints about it. The owner was very helpful and providex information on the local shops to get food etc. The house was nicely located. When walking... 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store 15 minutes to the beach 15-20 minutes to the main shopping area And if you prefer a 15 min trip in a taxi will bring you to all the main attractions in the area So overall between the house and the location it was a brilliant week well spent.

Lovely Villa in quiet area

Our family (2 adults and 3 children in the age of 14-19) had a wonderfull stay. As been said before, the welcome is great and the house very clean. Everything is provided such as clean towels also for the pool and even a filled fridge at arrival. The fresh flowers in the hallway and the bottle of wine makes you feel very welcome. Contact with the owner was also very good. We loved the garden with all its fruits and the pool was great. Our children would'nt leave the house and that means something when they are of this age!
