In the heart of Tuscany in the Alpaca Farmhouse there is a 50sqm apartment in rustic style with independent entrance on the first floor. Composed of a double bedroom with the possibility of adding a single bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette, terrace equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, and everything needed for preparing meals. Shared washing machine also available.
It is possible to have wifi internet connection.

Outside (and from the windows) you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view of the Tuscan hills, the place is ideal for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday, and you can admire the grazing Alpacas, together with the small family of Tibetan goats and the little horse of the Falabella breed called Imperatore, to the little donkey named Amiata, cats and the cavalier dog named Charlie. You can also enjoy free use of the large 7x14 meter linear pool immersed in the wonderful park.

Next to the most important Tuscan cities of art (Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano Florence, Lucca, Siena), as well as near the Tuscan coast (Livorno, Viareggio, Quercianella ...)
On request we offer vintage Vespa tours between our Tuscan Hills, cooking classes at the Alpaca Country House and guided tours in the neighboring cellars. At the Alpaca Country House, a typical Tuscan Osteria, you can taste the typical local dishes and game, as well as admire the only breeding of Alpacas in the wild in the province of Pisa.
Also for the more adventurous guests can try the thrill of flying either with small planes or with hang gliders available at the Aero Club of Pisa Federico Citi aviation center

The structure is located in the middle of the most beautiful art cities of Tuscany, in less than an hour you can reach all but Siena. In the immediate vicinity there is the Leonardo museum in Vinci, the Vespa Piaggio museum, the theater of silence by Andrea Bocelli, the Pinocchio park in Collodi and the Dinosaur Park in Peccioli. Our area is rich in wine cellars, farms that produce Tuscan extra virgin olive oil. Nearby is the famous Amedei chocolate factory and the Busti dairy. At your disposal there is the "great nature trail" of about 140km to do on foot, by mountain bike or on horseback. At about 5min. by car there is the Braccini swimming lake and adjacent to the lake for fishing. Golf lovers only 15min. will find the 18-hole golf course. Also not to be forgotten in just 20min. you are on the beaches of Tirrenia.
