This condo is quiet, cozy, and relaxing, and close to restaurants, hiking trails, shopping, wineries, and caves to explore.

Enjoy the lakefront deck and enjoy the nice amenities of this privately owned condo. The condo is ground level in the front with a 2nd level lakefront balcony in the back. It's conveniently located on Horseshoe Bend near the Lodge of Four Season and on the lake at mm12.

The condo has an open concept living area that includes a 50” flat screen tv, fully equipped kitchen, washer, and dryer. The bedroom includes a king size bed with flat screen tv and electric fireplace. The family room has a queen size sofa sleeper and the bathroom has a shower and personal jacuzzi tub.

Relax after a fun day and enjoy the beautiful lake view while you barbecue on the private covered balcony with a gas grill and patio furniture. For those relaxing nights, we have cable TV, a DVD player, and games.

This condo is a short walk to the large outdoor pool which has a fantastic view of the main channel. It also has a nice deck, tables and lounge chairs. The resort also has an indoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball court, horseshoe pits and playground area. The 21-acre point and 2200 feet of shoreline make for great fishing along the shore.

If you are bringing a boat, we have slips available for rent. There is a free boat ramp on site with nearby off-site trailer parking.

The property is at Southwood Shores Resort off Highway HH (Horseshoe Bend). A convenience store with deli, liquor, and groceries is within walking distance. The Lakes best restaurants and golf are located just down the street. Also close by is entertainment at “the strip," by the dam, boat rentals, wineries, boutique shopping, trails, go-karts, and putt-putt.

Because this condo is not operated by a property management company, I will personally communicate with you and take pride in providing the best service possible during your stay. As my reviews reflect, this exceptionally clean one bedroom condo is perfect for a couple’s getaway, a romantic weekend, a girls weekend, a convention goer/vendor, golfer enthusiasts, Cato parents, or a solo traveler.
