Newly renovated apartment in the commercial center.
It is distributed in 2 rooms (one of which with double bed and the other with two single beds), bathroom with tub and bidet. The kitchen is open to living room and has all appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, vitroceràmica and large format fridge). In the living area we find two sofas, one of them is used as a sofa-bed. In addition, the apartment has a washer-dryer, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer for straight and curly hair. Its location is very privileged, right in the center of Andorra, in a very quiet street.
This apartment is only 100 meters away from where all the stores are located, the Caldea thermal spa center, restaurant areas and the Illa Carlemany shopping center. Its location is also ideal for all lovers of skiing, as it is located 10 minutes by car from the ski resort of Vallnord and 15 minutes from Grandvalira.
Maximum capacity: 4 adults + 2 children up to 12 years old
Availability of parking space in the same building 15€/day. Reservation needed.
