You will not be disappointed with this light and spacious self-catered apartment, which sleeps up to 4 adults in the 2 bedrooms. It is situated in a quite location to the rear of the gated Spirit de Mojacor complex overlooking the tropical gardens with mountain views. Being on a higher elevation the apartment benefits from a mostly private (no-one living directly above), large, sunny south facing terrace, ideal for sun worshippers.

It’s a great place to relax avoiding the general melee but being able to join in when it suits with the main pool (lifeguard on duty during July, August & September) and gardens being just around the corner. It benefits from a large, private secure underground car park with allocated parking space. Within the complex, the car parking, apartment, gardens and pool are easily accessible via lifts with level corridors and paved areas making it child, mobility impaired and disabled friendly.

Free unlimited Superfast Broadband WiFi (up to 600Mb) and virtually every TV channel, Sports Channel, Films and Series available via IPTV.

Access to the promenade and best beaches in Mojacar is approximately 400m downhill from the apartment complex (and therefore uphill on the way back!) where you will also find a variety of shops, bars and restaurants to suit your budget and taste. This area has recently been voted the number one place to live in the world for quality of life, by the Telegraph newspaper.

Fabulous place

This property is a little gem. Close enough to beaches and bars but still in a peaceful location. Would definitely book again.

Muy buena estancia

El apartamento está muy bien. Tiene un salón-comedor de tamaño suficiente con un muy buen sofá y un sillón. La televisión funciona bien, no tiene acceso a internet pero sí un cable HDMI para conectarla a un ordenador. La mesa de comedor de buen tamaño. Poco espacio para guardar cosas. La cocina es pequeña pero completa, el lavavajillas (tamaño pequeño) y la lavadora son nuevos. El menaje aceptable pero un tanto escaso (echamos en falta una sartén pequeña, alguna tapa y un buen cuchillo). Los dormitorios, austeros, están bien, aunque el de las dos camas carece de persiana o similar que impida el paso de la luz. El cuarto de baño está muy bien, con una muy buena ducha. La terraza es grande y muy bien equipada con mesa, sillas y tumbonas. La limpieza era buena en general, aunque los armarios y las colchonetas de la terraza no estaban limpios. El aire acondicionado (necesario en verano) es centralizado y funciona muy bien; tiene un controlador de gasto que incluía 20 €, de los que hemos gastado la mitad en una semana (más que suficiente); si se gasta se puede ir añadiendo dinero. Hay plaza de garaje. La urbanización es muy agradable y tiene una piscina estupenda, de muy buen tamaño. Está a 10 minutos andando de las playas de Mojácar y de múltiples restaurantes. Los supermercados más cercanos (MaxiDIA, Consum, Mercadona) están a 10 minutos en coche. El entorno es muy tranquilo, aunque como ha hecho mucho calor, ha habido momentos en que los compresores de aire acondicionado han generado bastante ruido. Gerry, el propietario, ha sido muy atento y amable, nos recibió a nuestra llegada y nos explicó todo detalladamente, aporta mucha información útil sobre el entorno, ha sido muy fácil contactar con él durante nuestra estancia para solucionar cualquier problema.

Apartamento precioso

Apartamento muy bonito y no le falta detalle. Tiene una terraza preciosa . Hemos estado super comodos y la zona es muy tranquila. La piscina és grande y el complejo super cuidado. Gerry es super amable y muy detallista. Se intereso que estuvieramos comodos. Sin duda volveria al apartamento.

Fantástico apartamento

El apartamento es grande y muy espacioso. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y el salón tiene una televisión con un buen tamaño. Sería perfecto si hubiera más mobiliario en el baño y la cocina para colocar las cosas, pero hay suficiente espacio en el resto del apartamento y eso compensa. La terraza no es una terraza, es un terrazón, con suficiente espacio para una mesa grande y hamacas. Hemos disfrutado muchísimo la terraza. Mención aparte para la piscina, muy grande y con varias profundidades. El apartamento se encuentra colina arriba a 7 minutos andando de la playa, es un paseo precioso con vistas al mar. Recomiendo al 100% este apartamento. Sus dueños son amabilísimos.

Why they chose this property

Having travelled to various places in Spain, we really enjoyed the feel of Mojacar throughout the year where the pace of life off season is slow and steady, enjoying the promenade, excellent (blue flag) beaches and huge variety of restaurants to the madness that is July and August in Spain, when fiesta time begins. Our south facing apartment is bright and airy and enjoys the sun most of the day and the balcony is private enough to make the most of it. We where struck by how well maintained the tropical gardens and large pool to the complex and the general feeling of tranquillity and security. Being in a fortunate enough position to purchase the property, we did and decided to share it with family, friends and paying guests to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

The location of the apartment allows you to relax in the quite part of the complex overlooking the mountains and tropical gardens to the rear. It comes complete with all you need to enjoy a great time away from home and to destress whether you want to watch sport on TV, enjoy something on the internet, bath on the balcony, enjoy a beverage, use the pool, stroll along the nearby prom, use the magnificent beach facilities or enjoy the bars and restaurants. Additionally, if feeling a little more active, you can go walking, biking, golfing or watersports amongst many other activities available.
