Beautiful apartment with elevator to get to the pool and garden area.

Lovely 5th floor apartment for 4 people with direct access from the road ( no steps) in a residential complex with lift to go down to pool and gardens area.
This apartment has recently been tastefully refurbished and decorated and comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and lounge-diner with access to south facing terrace enjoying lovely sea views.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed ( 1.35m wide), built in wardrobe, air conditioning and door leading out to service patio area.
Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, wardrobe and ceiling fan.
Bed linen and towels provided.
Full family bathroom, light and airy with window.
Fully equipped kitchen with dividing arch/window into dining area with fridge-freezer, ceramic hob & oven, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and all other kitchenware and crockery.
Lounge with dining area, air conditioning and patio doors leading out to terrace.
Blinds and mosquito nets in all windows and patio door.
Large south facing terrace overlooking the community swimming pools and with excellent sea views.
It is equipped with table and chairs for outside dining, settee, 2 armchairs and coffee table. There is an awning for shade.
Access to the apartment
You drive up Calle Los Atalayones up to the very end to find the front door of this apartment. At this level there is a community entrance gate to access lift to go down to pool area and to main entrance gate on the bottom road to walk to beach and amenities.
