An apartment built in 2021 in a front line beach urbanization with a communal pool. It is located in the famous area of Mojacar between Playa de las Ventanicas and Playa Venta del Bancal with sandy beaches and everything within walking distance (bars, shops and restaurants). The apartment is on the second floor and has a private solarium with wonderful sea views and there is an elevator from the garage to the first floor of the building.
Key collection for the property that you have rented for your holiday will be from a key safe located in Mojacar / Vera playa and will be available from 3pm. The arrival information will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date with clear instructions included for your arrival to your property. Presencial meetings can be arranged if preferred and the cost will be 25€ payable to the agent on arrival. We offer addicional services such as welcome packs, cot & highchair hire and these can be booked and paid for on your arrival.

El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado. Cerca de la playa y restaurantes. Parking cerrado dentro de urbanización. El piso, NUEVO el cual dispone de todas las comodidades. No le falta de nada, en cuanto a menaje, electrodomésticos y mobiliario. Dos terrazas, con vistas al mar las dos. Una estancia BUENÍSIMA. Sin duda lo recomiendo 100%.
Somos un matrimonio con dos hijos que llevamos ocho años veraneando en Almería, cuatro de ellos en la zona de Mojácar. Podemos decir que este ha sido el mejor alojamiento que hemos tenido. Está prácticamente nuevo, con todo lo necesario en cuanto a menaje, electrodomésticos, etc. Parking cubierto, piscina, vistas al mar, dos terrazas. La verdad es que no le falta de nada. Lo único que mejoraría es la sombra en la terraza, solo hay una sombrilla. Yo pondría un toldo, pérgola o algo similar, pero por poner alguna pega…

El apartamento está en una situación inmejorable, es nuevo y tiene bonita decoración.
Problemas que he encontrado: En cuanto a la urbanización es totalmente inadecuada para personas con movilidad reducida, a pesar de haber ascensores no llegan a todas las plantas y para cualquier apartamento siempre hay escaleras que subir o bajar.
En cuanto al apartamento la cama de matrimonio es de las pequeñas, de 1,35 muy incómoda. Solo hay sábanas, no tienen colcha. Este mes de junio hubo unos días que se hubiera necesitado por la noche. Tuve que poner un pareo.
Sólo dan un juego de toallas y de sabanas, si se va unos días o una semana bien, pero para ir dos semanas por ejemplo es insuficiente, aunque se ponga la lavadora las toallas no se secan a no ser que sea pleno julio o agosto. Tampoco hay secador de pelo, que me extrañó porque ahora lo hay en todos los hoteles y apartamentos. En los baños no hay donde colgar las toallas, solo en uno de los baños caben las toallas de mano.
Hay que comprar de todo, no dejan ningún kit para la lavadora o lavavajillas o papel higiénico (uno por baño) insisto para más de una semana es insuficiente.
La terraza no tiene toldo, en el mes de junio por lo menos no se puede salir por la mañana a pesar de tener una sombrilla.
The property itself is excellent, modern and with very good quality appliances. The complex is clean, secure and with nice communal pool facilities. We used it as a base to get to know the area with a view to re-locating here in the future............it is well located for local bars/restaurants and the bus service along the beach road is very convenient.
In terms of the property we have a couple of suggestions. The bed is advertised as a "queen" size, which in most definitions is a 5 ft width.......however it can also refer to a small double, which is only 4 ft width. This one was the 4ft version and not big enough for 2 adults to comfortably sleep in. I think the listing needs to clarify this is a small double........or better still, put a larger bed in - there is plenty of room.
We would also suggest putting some form of shade area (parasoll) on the sun terrace so you can keep an area of it shaded.
All in all it is a great place and location, the only reason we would not use the same apartment again is the size of the bed.
