Spacious detached house, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, magnificent terrace of 70m2 facing south with breathtaking view on the Mediterranean Sea (180°) including shaded area, private pool, private garage, "hard" barbecue, air conditioning in the living room, spacious kitchen very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave). WiFi, television with French and Spanish channels. Sea view on the whole front of the house, all the photos are taken from the villa. Very calm situation, all comfort, careful decoration, decreasing rates according to the duration.
An ideal place to relax and disconnect while enjoying the activities of Mojacar Playa. Wake up with the sea view and the lapping of the waves and in the evening, a magnificent sunset over the mountains.

Stunning view from the house, very calm and quiet on top of the hill with almost no traffic. The manager was easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing week in the sun. Also easy access to the beach if you'd like that, parking is free and not to hard to find.

The villa is up an incredibly steep hill, much further up than we thought on the map. We had to hire a car, otherwise we would not have enjoyed our holiday. There was a good amount of parking for the car plus under cover and gates for my husband and his friend to keep their motorbikes dry and safe.The pool was smaller than expected but was very well kept, clean and the maintenance man came on Wednesday to clean it. We used it a few times and it was nice to have it. There was only 3 sun beds and 3 cushions - strange when our booking was for 4. One of the sun beds was broken, however my husband found a brand new one in the storage place, so we used that.The villa was very clean, however it is rather dated inside. The double bedroom was large with a comfy double bed and lots of storage. The on-suite looked new and was very nice. The twin bedroom, was a good size but our friend said the mattress kept moving, but was comfy. The 2nd bathroom as also newish and good.The kitchen had everything you wanted, cooker, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. Lots of crockery, glasses , cups and utensils but not matching.The villa has stunning views and was very peaceful and relaxing outside. There was undercover dining and seating, if you want to get out of the sun.Unfortunately, we did have an issue with cockroaches on 3 occasions, they appear to be coming up the drain in the shower. There was cockroaches spray under the sink, so it appears ghis must be an issue.

Property could do with a some maintenance and updating, outside area is very nice, pool is overlooked and not heated so refreshing (24* in May) It is up in the hills so you need to be fit to walk to the beach.

Villa with a wonderful terrace and a stunning view

We spend 2 weeks in Casa Colina. We loved the terrace and the wonderful view. The villa are located in a quiet area and has a nice pool. The host Stéphanie was very attentive and easy to communicate with.There are lots of nice restaurants in Mojacar and also beautiful places to see nearby.The villa could use some maintenance. New sunbeds would also be nice.We had a wonderful stay and would like to come back to Casa Colina again.

A little piece of paradise in Mojácar!

Absolutely amazing villa, best views in Mojácar. Stephanie was very helpful and we had a fantastic holiday. The villa is up the hillside and 10 minutes walk down to the beach and restaurants. Private and secluded with parking on the villa’s large driveway. Homely and well equipped Clean and cared for. Good WiFi. We really want to stay here again,

The view is insane, the sound of quietness and waves is just what you need to calm down. The house, pool etc. are clean. All needs like toaster, dishwash, washingmachine, towels are there. Its close to various beaches, many places to eat and the big mercadona. Communication with owner was oustanding clear. Worth every penny if you ask me. Recommend car-hire tho, due to up/downhill streets.

Stunning views

A really beautiful place to stay. Just a short drive to the beach which you could walk (but you'd have to walk back uphill). The views and the sound of the sea is amazing. It was so quiet. Aircon was fantastic in the main bedroom. The pool was super clean and used every day to cool off. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. You have everything you need for your stay including an iron and an iron board and a hairdryer. All pots and pans included. Don't hesitate to book :)

Bonito y limpio. Lástima que tuvimos un problema porque había una rotura de una cañeria en la calle y todos los dias nos entraron cucarachas. Lamentablemente fue muy desagradable y Stephenie estuvo atenta y nos ofreció alguna opción para evitarlas en la medida de lo posible.

Nos encantó la estancia, increíbles vistas. La comunicación con Stephanie fue genial y muy atenta, siempre está disponible para cualquier consulta. La cocina está equipada con todo tipo de utensilios. Nos hubiese gustado disfrutar por la noche de la zona de la piscina y terraza, pero por la tarde ya aparecían los mosquitos 😓. Es una maravilla, qué pena que sólo pudimos estar 7 días!

Un vrai depaysement

Nous avons ete ravis de notre sejour chez Stephanie qui a répondu à toutes nos demandes. Cette villa a un emplacement unique. On ne se lasse pas de la vue. La piscine est un vrai plus sous le soleil de Mojacar. La villa est bien équipée.le quartier est extrêmement calme. Je tiens à remercier egalement Veronique la conciergerie de sa gentillesse et son professionalisme professionalisme.

Un beau séjour

Bien malgré quelques manques dans l’intendance de cette maison.2 bains de soleil pour 3 adultes,1torchon pour la cuisine pour 2 semaines de location idem pour les serviettes de toilette 1jeu pour la même période pour les trois ,pas de notice pour la cuisinière mixte gaz-électricité.j’ai téléphoné à la personne censée nous informer,ne sachant pas plus que nous elle a appelé la propriétaire pour qu’elle nous renseigne.Le barbecue dans un état tellement sale que nous avons renoncé.J’en passe et pourtant…..j’ai tenu la Proprietaire de tout cela.le lieu absolument magnifique tout à fait juste par rapport à l’annonce mais pas suffisant !

Man erreicht das Haus Carina über eine enge Straße und findet sich hoch am Hang in einem Objekt wieder, dass wirklich über eine phänomenale Aussicht verfügt. Der Aufenthalt auf der großen Terrasse mit Pool ist ein Genuss! Das Haus selbst ist gut geschnitten, die Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind recht groß und die Wohnküche gut eingerichtet. Eines war jedoch etwas schade - dem Haus fehlt es ein wenig an liebevoller Zuwendung. Die Bettwäsche hatte einige Löcher, die Kissen der Verandagarnitur war so fleckig, dass wir Badehandtücher darüberlegen mussten um uns wohl damit zu fühlen und einige kleinere Schönheitsreparaturen waren nicht durchgeführt worden. Nichts, was sich nicht ganz leicht beheben lassen würde. Trotzdem haben meine Mutter und ich uns im Haus wohl gefühlt und unsere 14 Tage sehr genossen.
