In the Fatu Hiva residential complex, located about 150 metres from El Playazo, with lift, communal swimming pool (open all year), jacuzzi and landscaped areas. There are several bars and restaurants about 100 metres away and a large supermarket and water park about 800 metres away.
There is a nearby bus stop so you can visit neighbouring towns like Garrucha, Mojácar and Villaricos.The Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park and Mini Hollywood theme park are less than 1 hour by car.
JACUZZI USE IN THE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX: Children up to 13 years old can access if accompanied by parents/legal guardians. Minors aged 14 and 15 can access with written authorization from parents/legal guardians.
IMPORTANT: Reasonable electricity consumption up to 15 kWh/day is included. Excess will be charged. In case of monthly rental with discount, electricity is NOT included. Pets/youth groups are not allowed. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.

A Nice appartement close to the sea.
I really liked the appartement with its big terras. Comfortable furniture,
And the location was perfect so close to the sea and restaurants
I would improve, that the swimmingpool is open from May till October, we mist it a lott.

Magnífico apartamento, muy bien situado
Ya habia estado en otros apartamentos de esta urbanización y se nota la remodelacion que le han hecho al apartamento.
Faltan algunos utensilios de cocina necesarios, escurridor de pasta, cucharón, etc..
