Apartment on the 1st floor in Fatu Hiva textile complex, located 150 meters from El Playazo Beach, with free WiFi (600 MB), air conditioning/heating, TV with Spanish channels, and south facing terrace.

Maximum capacity 4 adults. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 shower room, fully equipped kitchen and living-dining room with access to the south facing terrace. Free parking space available in underground garage.

In Nassau textile urbanization, with elevator, communal pool (open all year), gardens and jacuzzi. Several bars and restaurants about 100m and a large supermarket about 800m.

USE OF THE JACUZZI OF THE URBANIZATION: Minors up to 13 years of age can access if they are accompanied by their parents/legal guardians. Minors aged 14 and 15 can access with written authorization from their parents/legal guardians.

A Nice appartement close to the sea.

I really liked the appartement with its big terras. Comfortable furniture, And the location was perfect so close to the sea and restaurants I would improve, that the swimmingpool is open from May till October, we mist it a lott.

Ya habia estado en otros apartamentos de esta urbanización y se nota la remodelacion que le han hecho al apartamento. Faltan algunos utensilios de cocina necesarios, escurridor de pasta, cucharón, etc..
