This is a beautiful two bedroomed cottage complete with its own enclosed garden, a private deck with a hot tub and breath-taking panoramic views south towards the Lake District and west over the reservoir to the Solway Firth and Scottish hills...
Garth Cottage is packed with character features and original beams and has a lovely spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Its kitchen is well equipped with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washer-dryer and its lounge comes with a 37'' LCD TV with digital Freeview, 3D Blueray/DVD and a Bluetooth enabled sound system.
The cottage has one double bedroom with a king size bed, LCD TV and DVD player and one twin and both bedrooms have their own clock radio with iPod dock and MP3 USB port. Garth Cottage's bathroom has a bath, a separate shower cubicle and a chrome heated towel ladder.
Two sets of double patio doors lead out from the living area into a large enclosed garden and we provide hardwood garden furniture and a barbeque for you so that you can really make the most of the views.
There is private parking right outside the cottage door so unloading your car is a breeze.
