About this property

The villa is a detached 3 storey building in immaculate condition and is built to a high specification in a beautiful, quiet location overlooking Kalamar Bay with garden, balconies, games area, pool with terrace and a also roof terrace. The villa is set at the end of a very quiet road so no traffic noise with sea view just 10 minutes walk from Kalamar beach and also 10 minutes walk from Kalkan town centre. There are restaurants, bars, a shop and a Turkish Hammam just a few minutes walk away from the villa. Unlike many of the villas in Kalkan, this villa is not located on the side of a steep mountain so the walk into town is relatively level and can be undertaken comfortably so you do not have to rely on taxis. 4 bedrooms, all ensuite and all with TVs, a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area, private pool, outdoor dining area with barbecue and separate games area with table tennis table.

Stunning villa

Villa in fantastic quiet location. If anything it was far better than the pictures and write up suggested. Have stayed in kalkan many times and have never returned to the same villa. But would definitely try to book this one again. Thanks for great family holiday

Why they chose this property

We viewed many villas and the reason that we fell in love with this one is the quality of the villa and the spacious rooms as well as the great location. It has the best of both worlds; close enough to Kalkan to be able to walk into town for dinner, yet set far enough away from the town so as not to be disturbed by the nightlife. Most of the villas in Kalkan are located on the very steep hillside north of the main road. The roads are so steep that walking anywhere is difficult. Our villa in contrast is on a small hill overlooking Kalamar bay and the walk into town is relatively level. If you don't want to walk into Kalkan there are bars and restuarants and shops (and a Turkish Hammam) just a few minutes walk away at the end of our road.
