The villa includes a bright living room / kitchen overlooking terrace, pool and pool house, 4 bedrooms (2 double beds 160 and 140, and two trundle beds), bathroom and bathroom.
The land of about 2000m2 is fully fenced, salt pool, gas barbecue, bowling (with bowls available), children's games, ping-pong table, small kitchen garden ....
