The house is on two levels; living area on the ground floor consisting of a large living room with sea-view window, fireplace, fully equipped kitchenette with oven and microwave. On the upper floor accessible by climbing a few steps we find the sleeping area composed of two bedrooms, one double and one with 4 beds, fitted with built-in wardrobes. Bathroom with shower, dressing room with utility room and washing machine.
On the outside; panoramic veranda with canopy where it is possible to eat looking at the sea, private garden on three sides of 150 m fenced (on request it is possible to activate an external video surveillance service on the garden), equipped with deckchairs, sunbeds and a stone barbecue, solarium .
Guests have access to a beach umbrella and beach chairs.

The house is located in the quiet village of Porto Corallo, surrounded by greenery, which rises on the south-eastern coast in a strategic position not far from the beaches of COSTA REI, VILLASIMIUS, MURTAS which are about twenty km away.
The Mediterranean scrub and the surrounding hills offer the possibility of walks and excursions, on foot and by mountain bike. There are restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, bars and a disco on the beach all easily reachable on foot.
Only 80 m from the villa it is possible, in transparent waters, to practice snorkeling.
The wellness center is 100 m away. The club card (not included) guarantees entry to the pool including deckchairs and parasols subject to availability. Animation service with an engaging staff that will brighten your days with different activities. Collective sports activities, collective courses and various sports tournaments (tennis, archery, five-a-side football, minigolf, water polo, etc.), beach activities, mini club, entertainment and evening events.
