Beautiful and large Villa in a residential complex, in the southern part of Sardinia. Ideal place for those who love the crystal clear sea and the unspoiled nature, far from the tourist hustle-and-bustle and traffic.
The villa is less than 400 meters away from the PiscinaRei beach;The beach can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, a path suitable for children.
Nearby places to visit are the pristine islands of Serpentara and Cavoli, the reserves of Colostrai and Torre Salinas and for who loves mountain do not miss a visit to the “seven brothers forest” .

The villa (100 m2) is located in a quiet and peaceful area suitable for relaxing holidays. It develops on one floor without internal and external stairs. The house has an outdoor patio in which there are a table, chairs and a sofa. The back of the house is furnished with a table, chairs and barbeque. The whole external area is surrounded by a garden with threes, plants and also an outdoor shower. The villa consists of a dining room with a fireplace, a little kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, a living area with sofa and 42 "LCD TV. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double-bed, the second with two single-bed and the last one with a sofa-bed. Three bathrooms, two with shower and the other with washing machine. The house is equipped with mosquito nets and air conditioning. The outdoor shower has hot water.

A beach umbrella and two chairs for the beach are available to guests.

Free and wide private parking. Free WiFi

Near the villa, 5 minutes on foot, there is a camping, open from mid-June to mid-September, equipped with a supermarket as well as a bar, restaurant and pizzeria that it is open also to external guests.
The villa is 2.5 km from the nearby town of Costarei, 20 km from the splendid tourist resort of Villasimius and 65 km from Cagliari airport.

Sheets and towels are provided. However it is possible to request a further change at 15 euros per person.
The house cannot be shared with people added and not declared when booking.
Who books 3 months in advance will receive a further discount of 8% (contact the owner in order to get it).

Casa stupenda in località fantastica

Casa stupenda ed accogliente. La descrizione rispecchia la realtà, la villa ed il contesto in cui è inserita è meglio di quanto rappresentato in foto. La zona in cui si trova è vicina al centro Costa Rei, ai servizi ed è a poche centinaia di metri dal mare, in un contesto riservato e silenzioso poiché a fine strada. Ottima privacy. E' spaziosa e dotata di tutti i confort necessari. Curata la pulizia degli ambienti e l'ordine anche dell'esterno. Cordiale e pronta a rispondere alle nostre domande la proprietaria, che ringraziamo per la gentilezza e la disponibilità. Speriamo di poter ripetere l'esperienza in futuro!
