The Villa has just been finely restored and equipped with 3 bedrooms and all comforts. Terrace with breathtaking view on the most southern point of Italy. The beach is 40 meters from the Villa. There you will find, in addition to a large free beach, several bathing establishments with a bar, restaurant, sunbed and umbrella rental service. Catania airport is only 1 hour away by car.
Nearby are several UNESCO sites: Noto, Syracuse, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, etc.
