Our wonderful new cottage (winter 2016) is situated on the mountain, just 3 km from norway biggest lake Mjøsa and 30 km from Hurdal ski resort. With stunning views, it is a paradise for both summer and winter activities. (skiing, mountain biking, hunting, swimming, fishing, hiking +) The cottage is fully equipped and also has a woodburning fireplace inside and a barbecue house and a garage + 4-5 cars outside

We spent two weeks at the end of August with six adults and two children in beautiful Norway. This cabin is neither located on a (high) mountain, nor is it a villa, and it is certainly not luxurious.Cleanliness & amenities:This accommodation was not as clean as you would expect from a vacation home. The windows, kitchen shelves, and drawers were dirty. Not just uncleaned once, but uncleaned for months, as can be seen, for example, in the cutlery drawers. The mirror, washing machine, and dryer in the bathroom were dirty. The cushions on the sofas were stained and dirty. Some of the kitchen utensils were rusty and there weren't enough for larger groups. The beds are very small for people over 1.80 meters tall. The cabin has one toilet in one bathroom. It was cramped with 6 adults.There is also almost no storage space for clothes and equipment. The garden furniture on the terrace was old and stained.Location and view:The cabin is in a beautiful location, situated in a small cabin park (Mjosli). The view is as shown in the pictures, with a different sky every evening.The forest is close. The house does not have a garden, only a wide terrace. The pictures show a trampoline and a public playground, which is about a 5-minute walk from the cabin.We told the host about our concerns and asked for a refund of the cleaning fees.He replied very kindly that he didn't care.

Toll gelegene Hütte mit fantastischem Blick über den Mjøsa und schönen Wanderwegen drumherum. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer lief unkompliziert. Er hat schnell auf Anfragen geantwortet. In der Hütte war alles vorhanden, das man für einen Urlaub braucht. Einziges Manko: manches - insbes. Geschirr - war nicht sehr sauber.In der Hütte

Kort verblijf in prachtig Noorwegen

De woning was van alle gemakken voorzien en ligt op,een mooi plaats met fantastisch uitzicht. Jammer dat de lakens en bedden te kort waren voor ons als lange Nederlanders. Verder zou het aan te bevelen zijn als er insecten horren voor de ramen en deuren kunnen. We hadden regelmatig last van vliegende mieren en normale vliegen. Het huis is wat aan de kleine kant voor 10 personen (die er volgens de beschrijving in kunnen) . Wij waren met 5 , en dat was qua aantal voldoende in dit huis met 1 toilet, 1 wastafel en 1 douche. Verder wat achterstallig onderhoud aan het tuinmeubilair, en beperkte goede normale zitfaciliteiten in de woonkamer. Verder een heerlijke bbq ruimte die ook te gebruiken is bij slecht weer.
