Luxury Mountain Villa

Dear Guest, I am sorry that you experienced your holiday in our villa with such an emotional impression. However, I would like to clarify a few points: You raised this complaint only during the last two days of your stay, while your experience is very different from the feedback of other guests who stayed in the same villa before and after you. Previous guests were very satisfied, and even just the week before your stay, another company that rented the villa expressed their full satisfaction. Furthermore, the condition in which you left the villa clearly showed that you had not maintained sufficient cleanliness during your stay. We had to carry out a complete cleaning of the entire villa after your departure. Even the fireplace, which is usually only used in the winter, had been used by you during the summer and was left completely blackened and dirty, which required a great deal of time and effort to clean. Regarding the playground, you mentioned it was a five-minute walk away, while in reality the distance is no more than 200–300 meters. It is, of course, natural that the villa does not have its own private football or volleyball field; these facilities are part of the residential cabin community and are located very close by. It is also clearly stated in the villa’s description that there is only one bathroom. As for the beds, they follow the standard sizes, and none of the previous guests have had any issues with them.
