Porch of about 40 square meters. The villa has 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms. Laundry room and convenient parking lots. The villa allows a peaceful stay in the green of the nearby Parco degli Aurunci and just a few minutes from the sea. It is located in a quiet and peaceful residential area just a few minutes from the beaches of Sperlonga and Gaeta. It is possible to cook in the outdoor area and rest in the shade of oak trees.
