The apartment is located near the CONI sports center, in a quiet residential area and consists of a large living room with a large dining table and LED TV, a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, one with bunk beds and a other with sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchen with dining table, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, washer dryer, (air conditioning on request) The house is also equipped with 2 balconies, one with barbecue.
Free parking available under the house.

Die Ferienwohnung ist riesig, sehr sauber,sehr geschmackvoll und klug eingerichtet.Der Vermieter ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereit Herr.Leider können wir alle kein italienisch,das wäre in dieser Gegend wiklich hilfreich. Doch man kekommt es immer irgendwie hin.FeWo liegt strategisch sehr geschickt. Mit der Bahn in knapp 1 St. 30 Min in Rom und gut einer St. in Neapel.Gaeta, Sperlonga ..alles mit dem Auto gut und zügig zu erreichen.Auch ein Tagedausflug nach Ponza ist von Formia möglich.Wir haben Ponza als weiteres Ziel , für 3 Nächte, gewählt. Auto kann man sogar Kostenlos am Hafen stehen lassen.Also traumhaft und sehr Empfehlenswert!

This is such a charming and spacious apartment. Literally a few minute walk from the beach. Very close to downtown restaurants and shops. This was our second time staying on this apartment complex and we love it. Diego is extremely friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this place for your holiday stay!

Great! Very comfortable for family

The apartment is very comfortable for families with children. The location of the apartment is very good: 5 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to big supermarket and also free parking next to house. The kitchen is well equipped, there is everything for everyday life in the apartment. My family of 5 people was satisfied with facilities. We recommend this flat!

Un piacevolissimo soggiorno

Abbiamo trascorso in questo appartamento una piacevolissima vacanza. La casa è bella, comoda e funzionale ed è resa particolarmente accogliente da Diego, il proprietario, attento ai dettagli e molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione è felicissima per raggiungere il mare, i dintorni molto interessanti e le città di Roma e Napoli. La zona è inoltre molto servita. Lo consigliamo vivamente!

Great!!

We (2 adults en 2 kids 15 and 12 years) lived in this appartment for almost 2 weeks. The owner is really very very kind, allways in reach for questions. The appartement was recently refurbished, fully equipt, clean, enough space for all of us. It is a 5 minutes walk to the beach, wich is also great, a supermarket and cafe nearby. Roma and Napoli are easily accessible. We surely want to come back next year!!!

Una casa davvero accogliente e funzionale,dotata di tutto l'occorrente per un soggiorno rilassante. Si trova in una zona perfetta servita benissimo(supermarket,bar,ristoranti),con la spiaggia a due passi. Molto suggestiva anche la passeggiata sul lungomare per raggiungere il centro cittadino. I proprietari sempre gentili e disponibili ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Consigliatissima!!!

Molto consigliato

L'appartamento e' molto comodo, fornito di tutto il necessario e arredato con gusto. La spiaggia e il centro paese sono facilmente raggiungibile. Formia e i suoi dintorni ,tra cui la suggestiva Sperlonga ,ci hanno affascinati. Ci siamo fermati solo 3 giorni ma torneremo sicuramente per poter visitare con piu' calma Roma , Napoli e la Reggia do Caserta . Un ringraziamento a Diego gentile e disponibile!!
