Small residential park, private parking and free WI-FI. The beach is 50 meters from the Villa. Casa molto ospitale vicinissima al mare, spiaggia tranquilla.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage, überaus freundliche und warmherzige Begrüßung und Aufnahme von Daniela!

Ruhige und entspannte Lage im sehr gepflegtem Ferienhaus. Nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt, Bäcker direkt um die Ecke! Überaus freundliche Gastgeber!

superlativo!

trovata per caso su internet,non potevamo chiedere di meglio.La casa è spaziosa,pulitissima,non manca nulla,dalla lavatrice nuova a tutti i tegami,piatti e suppellettili. è immersa nel verde,a pochi passi dalla spiaggia,c'è un ampio parcheggio all'ombra,nella pinetina ci sono delle docce all'esterno comodissime per chi vuole rinfrescarsi dopo la spiaggia. Si può' pranzare o cenare fuori in quanto l'ampio patio è riservato all'appartamento,con un gradevole venticello che rinfresca le tue serate. La proprietaria è una persona stupenda,alla mano e sempre disponibile,tant'è che quando siamo venuti via abbiamo lasciato li un pezzo di cuore. Spero di tornare l'anno prossimo!

Very nice place and friendly host

We had a great stay with our family in the house in Minturno. The apartment was nice and very clean, and we liked the place a lot. It was very suited for a holiday with kids. The host, Daniella, was very helpful and friendly during the stay. Family from Denmark
